This restaurant is very cute and warm, by warm I mean that the ac was out. I can overlook that, things happen. The cleanliness on the other hand can be worked on. The tables all had residue on them and the floors were dirty. Waitress was horrible, took her time, didnt bother to offer us drinks while we waited for her. We waited almost 10 mins for her to come up to us in an EMPTY restaurant. The food: Bland. Really could use some salt and pepper on everything!! We ordered the Chicken Parm and Meatball sandwich. My Parm was gross to be honest. No salt, it was really watery and the chicken was rubber. The cheese on top was the only great part. I didnt eat it. Quality over quantity! The Meatball sandwich, I cant say enough! This is the best meatball sandwich I have ever tasted!! Perfect amount of sauce, amazing tasting meatballs! (I pride myself on my cooking skills and I couldnt replicate this deliciousness!!) The bread is insane! I love how they toast it in the oven. I grew up in Brooklyn and am going to say that is the best meatball sandwich iv ever had. Its the only reason I put 3 stars. Otherwise I think they need to sell pizza by the slice if youre going to call it NY style. Get better management!! You guys can really be great with some better quality employees that clean and make customers feel welcomed.

Love this place. I eat here/order delivery all the time. While the pizza is great, they have a lot of other good stuff on the menu. The Mozzarella sticks are freakin awesome. Some of my other favorites are the Gyro, Meatball sub, and Cheesesteaks. They also have good wings and chunks(nuggets). They have the traditional mild, med, hot, and extreme(while spicy I wouldnt classify it as "extreme") however the other flavors are better IMO. My favs are Caribbean jerk BBQ, garlic parm, and Cajun dry rub. Employees are friendly and polite, especially the really big tall driver with the beard. Place is always clean when I go eat there. Sometimes they get backed up with a ton of orders, but they are up front with how long it will be, and they almost always beat the quoted time. Its what I would do. Customers are happier when quoted 90mins and receive it 15mins early, than to be quoted 60mins and it be 15mins late. Also they are open for dine-in and delivery till 4am which is awesome, especially when you get the drunkin munchies after closing the bar down lol

Called and ordered pizza late night while on spring break. Lady who answered the phone was very rude. Said they needed exact address with area code. Gave her the name of the group of condos were the closet main street and cross street and street addres but it took some back and fourth to figure if it was drive rd str ave, ect. She said she could see where it was on map and said 45 minutes. An hour later when pizza still hasnt arrived I called back to give exact address as I had looked it up and when she answered and I explained why I was calling she said pizza was already on the way and hung up on me. Pizza delivery guy calls 20 minutes later from the wrong address. I explained that I called back and tried to correct my mistake and the woman had hung up before I could correct. 30 minutes later he finally arrives with cold pizza and doesnt apologize. Will remember never to order from here again while on vacation.

My mother, sister, and I originally tried to walk to Willys West but it was packed and no one talked to us or told us about any kind of wait. So we walked into this place by chance and ate-in, it was great! We were directed to sit where-ever we wanted and while it took a few minutes for our waitress to come to us originally (they were pretty busy with a few take out orders coming in the door right after us) she was very attentive to us throughout the meal and we were well taken care of. My mom got a small house salad and I got a small caesar and they were both great. The three of us split a large supreme pizza and again it was fantastic. Very fresh and tasty, we had a few slices left over and looking forward to eating them tomorrow! Definitely hit this place up if youre looking for some pizza.

The food is INCREDIBLE! My boyfriend and I grew up in New York and Philly. We say all the time that they just cant get it right down here with good, bad for you food. They nailed it. However, its just too expensive. Also, usually we get delivery which is great, they have late hours, however once ordering at the shop, the customer service was pretty bad. Bad attitude, unfriendly truthfully a disppointment. You have to have incredible quality and incredible customer service to ask for the prices. Quality is covered. I will most likely order again in the future but hope they can work on both.

Ordered pizza from here. Told me it would be 45 minutes. An hour later I called, they said they were very busy and the pizza just came out of the oven and it would be here in 20 mins. 20 munites later no pizza, 30 minutes later no pizza, 45 minutes later no pizza! An hour later the driver finally showed up and handed me a nasty box with a cold pizza in it! He did not apologize for being over an hour late! I will never order from here again!

Placed an order for a large cheese 18" pizza. Was told it would be 45min to an hour for it to be delivered to the Sirata. Took over an hour and a half. Pizza was cold and over cooked. Could have been great pizza if it was fresher on arrival. I come out here twice a year.... and will not choose this place again. Would recommend an honest delivery time. Better over the phone service. And pizza hot on arrival.

Just stopped in on a rainey evening and had the best pizza in a very long time. This place was spotless, with friendly attentive staff. Gina was our sever and she took the time to really tell us what she liked when we asked, it was a new place. She was great! The atmosphere was casual with just enough Italian to really feel comfortable. If all that was not enough the food was absolutely awesome. Thanks!!

Love this place!!! David makes one heck of a pie...The supreme pizza is our favorite, but everything weve tried has been delicious(second favorite is the Meatball Hero). We are from New York, and have lived down here 20 years, and all I can say is this place brings back fond memories of the luxuries we enjoyed with all the Italian places up North. Great service too...Thanks guys!!!

After three visits, the good news is the pizza is the best. I would even say the best on the beach. The bad news is the service was not that good. Sat down and someone and after a while someone came out and said you have to come up to the counter where the same person took our order. I would think they could of taken the order when they came out. BTW, I intend on going back.

Wanted something local being from WI. Was told 30 min wait if I picked it up so I drove to pick it up (35+ mins after hanging up) to have them tell me "oh its not even made yet" 30mins later finally get our food. Get back to our room pizza has little flavor and garlic knots and sauce are just as boring. Try a different pizza place if you want local pizza a waste of money!!
