I stopped by here over the weekend for lunch with my daughter. Great food! My daughter had a hot dog and ate the whole thing. She doesnt usually like hot dogs. Thought that was worth mentioning :) The hot dog came on a sub-style bun which I thought was pretty cool. I had the hot-pressed Cuban and it was fantastic. The place itself looks dated but I think that adds charm. The guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful. For a local-owned place, the prices are great. $5 average hot sub sandwiches are hard to beat. I prefer local-owned stores over chain eateries and I get great food <90% of the time. This is one of those places. Looking forward to the next sub!

Went here because of the reviews as this was my first time here.and wanted a sub. I am impressed, from the lousy service and forgetting a topping on my steak sub, to a downright lousy sandwich, a sorry exuse for a hot steak and cheese sub! Jersey Mikes does better than this. The bread was flat and not fresh, the cheese was not evenly melted and the onions and mushrooms were barely there. I was going to say something, but between the smell of smoke coming from the back kitchen area and the lack of concern on the staffs part, forget. This sub was not worth the $5.99 I paid, at all. This was my first visit and my last. You want good subs, go to Firehouse!

We went to the place because of the decent rating. We were getting a to go order and specifically asked not to have the sub dressing as well as no salt or pepper on both of our sandwiches. As soon as we got to our destination and opened up our meals, all we found was sub par amounts of meat and mush for bread... My wife also asked for macaroni salad and received coleslaw. Why write down orders if you do not intend to make the sandwiches how the customer wants? All in all I was very unhappy and wished we went to publix.

The place was filthy and not to mention it was like a million degrees in there. On a hot day in Florida when the temperature was 90 plus you think the AC would be on but apparently they must not have any. Oh, besides the filth the ceiling was nasty dont look up if you go there because you will lose your appetite real fast. Avoid this place at all costs!

I ate there yesterday and as usual the food was fantastic. My mom had a grilled cheese and fries and said it was wonderful. I had a six inch steak and cheese and had to ask for there dressing. There fries are to die for and no one does a steak sandwich the way they do! Their rating should be really be a ★★★★★★★★★★!

Really like the old school feel of this sub shop, The subs are consistently good, the bread and toppings are always fresh- Plus they have crinkle cut fries which are awesome! Theyve been around since the 70s so they are doing something right!

Delicious Subs fresh ingredients pretty clean restaurant. We enjoyed the subs from this restaurant and thought that they were a good value. I like that this restaurant is family owned and the subs are definitely better than Subway

Today was my first time here. I got the super sub (Italian), and it was great! The bread is so delicious. Idk if they make it or bring it in, but its soooo good. That was a really good Italian sub. Id definitely go again.

Ive lived in the area for over 12 years and just tried this place last week. We are having it for dinner tonight. Best sub I have had since I came to Florida and the staff is amazing!! The Super Sub is wonderful!

French dip was horrible, twice as much bread than meat, really dry, and Im not sure if it was roast beef or chard steak. Tuna melt was flavorless and soggy... total disappointment.
