Been going to this place for a while and never had any issues until a few weeks ago. Ordered a pizza and a chicken parm sub and went and picked up at around 9:30pm. When we got home we started to eat the pizza and my wife opened the sub bag to find the chicken parm had no sauce. It was only fried chicken. Immediately called about 9:50pm and the person that was in charged said we are closing so I can not make you another right now but next time you order remind us and we will make sure its free. So today we call and its like they never had this issue or told anyone that. They did not make it right even after going there to pick up the order and I told them I would give them bad reviews and basically they were like ok. Sad thing is that the owner lives in my community. In the past we had an issue with a delivery guy were in was at work and called in some pizza for kids and paid once the phone and I forgot to tell them to take a tip from my cc. When the guy delivered and gave the baby sitter a hard time and screamed at her for not tipping. I guess I will start going to Sisters pizza and APPS now.

I really liked this place in the past. The food is undeniably good. Management, horrible. I received a pie that was burnt in the corner. We had more options so we didnt say anything. 2 weeks later their driver told me before i even opened it that the pizza was burnt and he told his manager and his manager said it was fine. when i called i was told that i would be sent out a pizza for free. That never came. 2 weeks later when we tried to make an order with that free pie, I was told by their manager that the only way that i would get that pizza for free is if I went a picked it up from the store myself after questioning me as if I was scheming on them for a free pizza. I found a better substitute with award winning pizza and service. Bella Romas. They know how to take care of their customers. Emilios is next resort. Good Food, Terrible Commitment to what matters most.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE! Save yourself the problems! Went here and ordered for pickup that included 3 trays of zeppolis. All 3 trays were so under cooked, they were straight dough! I mean so bad that they looked just like cheese! I complained and the manager assured me he would refund me. THAT WAS A MONTH AGO! I have not seen a refund yet. Every time he calls he swears hes handling it, yet he pulled money from my account! This place is a hot mess. I dont care if their pizzas were solid gold, I will never spend another dime in this place. Avoid this place at all costs and find a place that knows what customer service is and the value of business ownership.

Just terrible. Calzone came soggy and cheese wasnt melted on inside. The pizza was over done and extremely pricey for what it was paid for pepperoni and mushrooms. I think there was maybe 12 mushrooms on the pizza. What a rip Talked to Arni the supposed manager and he said he would make it right. Its been over a week and he always just stepped out. Cant wait till Dominos opens up this place only exists because nothing else is around, thank the lord that is changing.

Quaint little restaurant Ive been meaning to check out. Great food (We ordered pizza and spaghetti), great service. I had my concerns do to the location and outside appearance, but I was very pleased with the overall experience. Family friendly (FYI there are tvs in the restaurant...that concept may be good or bad for you). The staff treated us very well. Great find! I will return. By the way, they deliver locally.

Take out was arocious salad was apalling because they didnt even cut up the chicken Pizza wasnt even cooked properly the slices all broke half way before even entering The mouth. I do say this italian restuarnt is not up to par i am so sad that i even paid for this disgusting meal.

I cant stop thinking about that calzone I had the other day. Absolutely the best calzone Ive ever had. I stopped in the other day from a nice relaxing weekend at Holopaw. The Service was really friendly !! I wish there was a place like this in Tampa. Ill definitely be back!!

My family and I have dined in 2x and called in orders once. And we love it. Stuffed meat pizza is AMAZING! And the Wings... OMG- the wings and decent in size, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The love the parm/garlic Wings. Cant rave enough about this place!!!

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. While the food is good, not the best, but good the service is horrendous. I ordered delivery and 2 hours later the food gets to me cold. If you would like to eat hot food and in a timely manner do not order delivery.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Chicken piccata was mouth watering good. Garlic bread is amazing! Pizza has light flaky crust with rich cheese and flavorful sauce. Service was exceptional! Very attentive and welcoming. Portions are huge! We will definitely be back!!!

Is there anyway I can give a negative star rating? The food is not great at all. Too expensive and its under par. The owner is a douche and was rude to my mother on the phone. So if you want soggy Stromboli and shitty wings, order it up!!

We have ordered an array of items. Deep dish pizza, wings, garlic knots, and our favorite the spaghetti and meat balls. I was having a bad day and asked how quickly it could be at our door, it came in 18 minutes! Super fantastic

Terrible service and horrible food. The driver carries zero change and gave us a soggy and greasy pizza that had more grease than cheese. I never write reviews but if you are thinking of ordering from here.....dont.

Stopped in for hot subs to take home after showing homes for the day, great tasting, size and value for money. Did not realize that they also do delivery into the Lake Nona area, so will keep their menu handy.

Food is great, the veal is always delicious and cooked perfectly. The pizza is good and the garlic zeppoles are addicting. I would give 5 stars but the delivery guy was rude so now we just pick up or eat in.

Love it. We take family whenever theyre in town. Save room for the cheesecake calzone ! Its amazing. Service is always great too.
