I stopped in to have a few margaritas because I thoroughly enjoyed your margaritas and I happened to take a fond liking to one of your bartenders Marisella, well after a night of moderate drinking she invited me to her home which was rather exciting and I waited for her shift to end then followed her home. After entering her home I was greeted by several gentlemen who were African American which I found to be a bit odd well I had a really bad case of diarrhea and I asked where the bathroom was so once I released my bowels I came back into the living area to find all of these African American gentlemen in the nude as was Marisella, she then proceeded to explain to me that on Tuesday nights she had what was called a "Mandingo Party" I very quickly told her I wasnt interested in this type of activity so I left. A few days later Im really craving a Cuban sandwich and a margarita so naturally I stopped in at El Leoncito after work Marisella was there and I smiled at her trying to hide the awkwardness I felt and she greeted me with a horrifying glare as I sat down and ordered my drink she told me I shouldnt be there and slammed my food down and proceeded to ignore my requests for another drink as she entertained a group of gentlemen on the other side of the bar I finally got frustrated and paid my tab and left. You know just because I dont particularly care for certain aspects of your lifestyle doesnt mean I deserve rude service and after the entire ordeal I wonder what type of people you hire in your restaurant, I will not be returning which is a shame but I will get my margaritas elsewhere from now on.

The only reason we stayed was to try to view the rocket launch. Sadly it was cancelled. The food was beyond bland. Tasteless and oily. We arrived at 6:10...and waited the 30 min the hostess indicated. At about that time, the manager came out asking how many to a party - we answered 3 and so did another group... He took the other group, but I had just checked with the hostess who had told me we were 3rd on the list and I had watched the other group arrive some time after us. I checked with the hostess who explained the manager was not following the list and we should have been the next group. I waited for the manager and told him I was disappointed in his management and it was not professional. He said he knew what he was doing and told me he would seat us. We were seated without drink menus and then rushed to order drinks. Waiter indicated that the mojito was no good (all my husband wanted). We received chips and salsa that were little more than stale tortillas and pureed canned tomatoes. We snacked on them any way as the food took well over 30min to arrive. When it did, it had the distion of looking like it sat under heat lamps for quite some time. All the food was bland, lacking any flavor, and the ropa vieja and checked tenders were greasy. The picadillo tasted like a commercial frozen concoction and lacked evidence of most of the essential flavoring agents. Manager was rude.

For starters, I never got a fork for 20 minutes after I got my salad, at which time I asked a different server. Then mine and my sons meal came out cold. His taco was cold, greasy and soggy (as were the fries ). My veggie fajitas were also served cold and raw with no seasoning. The only thing on my plate served warm was the tortillas, the rice and beans were cold. Even the tortillas were the wrong kind that I ordered. 30 minutes I waited for the manager, that I asked for twice. Then he laughed and told me not to expect much, but that he would adjust out check, which was a joke in the end anyway. His excuse was, it just happens when we are busy.. first of all, I will NEVER eat here again. Secondly, how do you laugh in a customers face who is completely unhappy with their service AND their food?!?!? I understand this stuff happens, but, cmon!!! How mant things can actually go wrong in one persons meal before you accept responsibility?!??! Riddle me this......

Wow. Im not sure how this place has 4 stars. It was terrible overall. The good points, the margaritas were very good and inexpensive. It was a decent value, but the food was average below average. My rellenos were so greasy I couldnt eat them. The enchiladas were plain but decent. Chimichangas were more like a strange combo of enchilada and poorly fried burrito, but the chicken inside was good. The service started out okay, but quickly devolved. We wanted dessert, but after waiting 20 minutes for our waiter, we just asked for the bill when he finally came. After waiting another 15 minutes to have our credit card run, we gave up and just paid up front. I know I can be a bit picky about Mexican food because Im from Colorado and can get great food back home, but Id advise people to just skip this place regardless of where youre from; theres better food and service out there.

Entrée, outstanding... appetizer, however... was pretty lackluster. Im a big fan of queso & salsa. Both of these were like something youd get at a movie theatre, ie, cheese out of one of those giant cans. The salsa had no texture, it was a little thick, but strongly resembled tomato sauce. The entrée redeems this review. The steak was grilled as I ask, good flavor plus tender. The pico de gallo was very flavorful; the cheese enchilada & beans were good without being greasy. The saffron rice had no flavor. I took half my food home & it did reheat well. Didnt get to sample any alcohol this trip. My service was good, no problem s with the attentiveness of my server. Id go back, but no more queso, YUCK lol! BTW other reviews indicate the place has views of the water... it does: from the parking lot, as the water is across the street.

We have been here a few times, but this last visit was really sub par. Greeted at the door by friendly hostess. This was the highlight of the visit There is one specific server that we prefer not to have because she doesnt smile. She just seems to have a lush attitude and doesnt want to be there. Of course, we happened to have her as our server. This time she made me feel like a fool for asking if a burrito could have rice, beans, and cheese. Avacado salad was awful. Yes, awful. Brown Avacado.. My wife decided not to say anything, but we really should have. Instead, she picked out the few edible items and ate them. It wasnt a good meal at all. I really should have said something, but she didnt want to We may be back because of the complete lack of choices in Titusville, but this wasnt at all a good visit

Unfortunately an oasis with good value and good service has gone to the dogs. This establishment has lost its edge and has replaced good customer service with complacency and arrogance. If you do not specify that you are ordering the lunch portion at lunch you are billed the dinner price. When this concern is expressed, the response is that it is the customer’s duty to notify the waiter. Have been going here for years - today may have been my last stop. Unfortunately, I predict that, if the unpleasant customer experiences with ill mannered and untrained waiters perpetuate, it will be its demise, one customer at a time. No tolerance for rudeness, ineptitude and disrespect. Listen to the "voice of the customer" or you will go belly up! A restaurant is more than food; it is supposed to be a pleasant experience!
