Absolutely ridiculous customer service for their mess up... We are regular customers to this establishment, at least once a week. Today we ordered a large calzone with sausage and pepperoni. We picked it up, got home, and began cutting into it. The ends are just bread, then you start to get in to the cheese, but there was no meat. We cut into it more and still no meat. When we called to complain, the girl who answered the phone said, "Oh weve been waiting for your call. We mixed up your order. We can give you a credit it you want." We were fine with that, but when she told us THEY WOULD ONLY CREDIT US FIVE DOLLARS FOR THE TOPPINGS, we got a little upset. They messed up our order, knowing full and well they did since they replied "we know" when we told them it was messed up, but they couldnt even credit us for the full calzone? Just the toppings? Ive seriously NEVER heard of that. So we asked for the manager, who said the same thing, then said "We can make a new one for you and have it delivered, BUT WE WILL TAKE THE ORIGINAL ONE BACK". Really? You want to take back a 3/4 eaten calzone? What the heck are you going to do with it? Throw it away? So whats the point in taking it back? I am BEYOND disappointed with this restaurant. Check your order before you leave, I guess.

I can’t give the place 5 stars because I have been to Naples and authentic pizza is totally different. There is a no way to achieve the same texture without the brick oven. But I will say, for New York Style Pizza, they nailed it! I am Johnson & Wales trained Chef (From Providence and Miami campus) and lived in Boston for most of my life. I have ate a few slices of pizza in my time, but now live a mostly gluten free lifestyle (which they didnt really have a clue about). Last night on my way back from the beach, there was no way I was coming home to cook. So I decided to break from the norm and order a pizza! Eggplant, Artichoke, and Spinach! They use the best cheese money can buy, the sauce was light and the dough was very good. I can see why they were voted “Best Pizza In Osceola County in 2012!” Otherwise, some technology would help the owner moving forward in the new age, but that is something they will do when ready. (text menu to phone, and more) But if you are looking for a very good pizza in Saint Cloud, Bella Roma is your place. I didnt try the “other” items and being a chef more than likely I won’t, but the next time I get a hunkering for a good slice, I will be calling Bella Roma! Ciao!

Went last night with friends to get a pizza , sat outside and , "just had a Wonderful New York Like Experience" !(It just adds to the many I have had here in the last year n half since stumbling into Bella Roma). Im born/raised in Philly, and lived in New York City for about 4 years before moving to Orlando 2 years ago, and had my fair share of Great pizza places! Bella Roma is by far "Tops on my list" And If your looking for a pizza that is going to knock the socks off your taste buds, you have come to the right place! If your looking for that "New York Like Experience" ,This is definitely the place to come ! (*if you get lucky and you are able to get a table & sit outside , youll see what Im talking about ) I drive 16 minutes to get their from Lake Nona , but I would easily drive an hour to get their. I tell people to order the "half & half" the first time they go. "Half Original & Half Frosinone " You get the best off both worlds ! Also grab a Cannoli (for dessert) you wont be let down) Lastly , When are you opening a 2nd location in Lake Nona?

Just Great!...A friend turned me on to this place and im happy she did. I ordered on a Friday for take out. I walked in and the lobby was full and people were waiting outside for their order, Not too long of a wait a steady stream of people in and out. A group of waiting people is a sign they are doing things right. A) bc it shows people are eating here & B)it shows they are making the food to order and NOT cooking precooked stuff. The pizza was great , soo flavorful from the sauce to the cheese even the crust tasted delish! Ive also had the wings (amazing) and the Blue cheese was amazing. I asked what brand it was and they told me it was HOMEMADE!. The eggplant parmesan was great and their fried mozzarella is the best I have ever had!

The last burnt pizza was terrible, waited over 30 min. in a no A/C restaurant with no ventilation. I came out smelling like a pizza oven. The subs we got were all bread which was good, but the eggplant parm only had about 4 pieces which were cut paper thin and very dry, about a teaspoon of sauce. The Caprese had 4 slices of tomato and two small pieces of mozzerella cheese. I was very disappointed with the service and the quality of food. The subs were all 12". Also the guy before me they screwed up his pizza and told him he had to wait another 20 min. but "Gave" the pie away to the guy behind me instead of offering it to the guy who it was made for. its run by a bunch of young kids, no organization. Thumbs down!

Its hit or miss. Some days the pizza is amazing, other days its a soggy mess. I order the cheese so I dont understand why its so soggy. Wings are the same. Either no sauce at all or they are completely soaked in Buffalo sauce. While their lack of consistency is a major turn off the flavor profile of their food is actually nice. Such a shame that they cant train everyone to be on the same page... When its good its Amazing! When its bad its still better than most in town

Everytime I go went there I had to check my food to make sure they made it correctly. If you ask for well done wings they are soggy and blame it on the fact they are To go in a box with sauce. When I asked him to fix them. He threw the in the fryer and brought them back to me burnt. Told me that once they are sauced they cant be fixed. Didnt even offer to cook a new batch. They dont care in my opinion. I wont ever eat there again.

Moved to St Cloud recently and was really tired of the lousy service at Pizza Hut. Found Bella Roma and LOVE IT!! The service is EXCELLENT, the pizza was DELICIOUS (weve ordered from there 3 times now) and wings are the best Ive had in a long long time! The toppings are fresh and the pizza sauce is perfect. Love it, love it, love it! Keep up the good work guys. Ill never order from pizza hut again!

This place was one of my favorites, but it has been hit or miss lately. The order is wrong or as my last stuffed pizza almost no toppings that I paid extra for! For a $ 20+ pizza I was robbed. It seems like a roll of the dice if your food is going to be good that night. They did offer to make another pie but what is the point after waiting 40min. and tipping your driver! Consistency goes a long way!
