My boyfriend and I went there several weeks on a Thursday evening. I was rainy and very cold with the wind. We arrived and was told our wait would be 40-45 minutes for seating 2. They offered us the outside Patio and was told someone would be able to serve us out there, not realizing the Propane in the tanks did not work and with it being so windy the rain was blowing on our table because there was not any plastic covering the front side of the patio to eliminate the wind and rain. Downfall was not one Manager asked if we wanted to move or to offer us anyother seating inside nor did any owner or management go a mil down the road to Walgreens/Publix to get the Propane tank filled. By time we received out appetizer there were about 4 other tables who were brave enough to sit ourside on the patio also and half of those tables were told an hour wait for a table of four. Thankfully, our food was absolutely amazing as well as our Server. Next time if its cold and rainy I will make sure to have a blanket in the truck for back-up like other Customers were using also along with towels. Will I go back? Yes. Will I call ahead? Absolutely.

So glad we made the u turn. After spending the day in Daytona and New Smyrna, the family and I were on our way back home in Titusville, heading south on Hwy 1. Just as we were discussing dinner, we came upon Florida Roadhouse. Immediately we made a u turn and decided to give it a shot. We are so glad we did. Our waitress Sarah was absolutely fantastic. Super attention to detail, personable, and on point 100%. We began with the chili fries, and those had the precise combination of chili flavor to compliment the seasoned fries. My wife and I both order steaks done medium rare, and our son ordered the grilled salmon. The food was cooked and prepared perfectly. The portions were more than generous. The three of us could not say enough good things about the food, service, or the overall experience. We will certainly be back and recommending Florida Roadhouse to all of our friends and family. Sarah we will certainly be requesting your station each time we visit! This is just the place we have been looking for. Awesome ambience and atmosphere. Overall, just a wonderful experience.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and soup tonight and was told it would be 15 minutes until it was ready for pick up. My fiancé went to pick up the food and was told they needed to remake the sandwich because they messed it up. By the time the food was ready it was 40 minutes from when we ordered. Nothing was done by management to correct the situation. I called after my fiancé left the restaurant to express my disappointment. I spoke to the manager (Krista, not sure about spelling), and she told me that because my fiancé did not look upset they didnt think anything was wrong, which was why they did nothing to correct the situation. I was surprised by this response, but clearly customer service is not a focus at this restaurant. My fiancé was annoyed with having to wait so long, but is an adult and wasnt going to pitch a fit about it. Regardless of whether or not my fiancé "looked" upset, management should have done something to correct the situation. We will not be returning because of the poor customer service and lack of professionalism displayed by management.

Me and my family went here last night. We waited about 30-45 mins for a table of 6 (not bad). We all ordered what we wanted and they had it out to us pretty quickly. But they didnt have my side right, forgot my dads salad and forgot mine and my moms dipping sauces. The waiter ran back and got them (he was wonderful the whole night). By the end of the night my dad had barely touched his steak. When we inquired why, his ribeye was full of tendons and very tough and hard to cut (he orders his steak medium rare, so it shouldnt of been tough or hard to cut) when he spoke to the waiter he said hed get the manager. The manager didnt even come to our table he sent back the message that quality steak has marbling and that basically my dad didnt know good quality steak is. My dad never complained about the fat marbling. He got a bad cut of ribeye that he didnt eat and had to argue and fight with them for 20 minutes before they would take it off his bill. Obsurd. Also 3/6 were having stomach issues after we left that place. WILL NOT be going back.

I liked the decor, and the waitress was nice. But that was about it. Although the waitress never did ask how our food was. We waited for over an hour for a table, then over an hour for our food. It was no more busy than any other night in any other restaurant. The food was bland, tasteless. Steaks were of terrible quality, and the shrimp was rubbery with a weird texture. No amout of salt could give any of the food flavor. Even the broccoli had no flavor. They were very stingy with the sides. And half the food was cold or luke warm. Other reviewers were not exaggerating. My sister said the bread and onion rings were delicious, but thats about all. There is seriously something wrong with their operations that they cannot handle a regular flow of customers...no reason for all the time we spent. It was so not worth it, and we will not be returning.

Sat at bar on not so busy late Wednesday evening. Veey nice looking building inside . Took a couple prompts from manager to get someone to take my food order. Couldnt access wifi. Odered ribeye , must say was pretty tasty and broccoli was nice and firm and fresh, sweet potato good but small. My third bite i almost choked as something crunched while chewing. Turned out to be 3/4" plastic tip of meat temp stick. I showed manager, his comment was telling me what it was , not sorry for it being in my steak or almost breaking my tooth. No apology, no comp on beer or dinner. Poor customer relation regarding this. They definitely have some kinks to work out viewing other patrons orders having mistakes. Maybe ill be back later down the road,. Give it two and half star out of five

Can sum up our visit in one word....... pathetic. Was seated right away and drink orders promptly taken so that was a good thing. It all went down hill though when we got our good. I asked if they could cook my burger medium and add barbeque sauce. They said yes to both requests. I also told them no lettuce or tomato and my wife requested no tomato. When our food comes out her sandwich has tomato on it and mine had lettuce and tomato with a side cup of barbeque sauce. The burger was over cooked and her mashed potatoes were cold. The manager brought her more potatoes and those were cold as well. We finally just have up and ate what we could, got our check and left to never return again. Was looking forward to a good "roadhouse" style meal too. Very disappointed.

My husband and I went on a Saturday evening 6 pm. The call ahead service worked well. The inside is very nice and really bright. Our waitress was knowledgeable and friendly. We had the shrimp appitizer that was good. We had steak and sides. Other people mentioned that their food was cold,all our food was luke warm. My husbands steak was under cooked and his side was asparagus which they gave him exactly 3 peices. We each had one alcoholic drink and our ticket came to $75.00. We will not come again we both agree that for what you get and the quality of the food we have other places that we have gone to for years that is much better quality. Port orange steak house to mention one to compare to. The food seemed to be processed , not made in house.
