First off, I went there because a coworker told me this was "the best Chinese food in the county". I decided to drive out of the way and give it a try. I got the sesame chicken. The chicken was ok, nothing special. The rice tasted dry like it had been sitting for hours. I went in on a Friday night so it shouldve been fresh on a busy take out night. What really grossed me out is I took a bite of the egg roll. The grease went down my chin and neck. It just poured out. They had re-fried the egg roll. I was not impressed. I wouldnt go there again. Pretty disappointed since I heard such good things.

Absolutely disgusting! Got an eggroll that looked like it had been refried quite a few times tasted decent but was thrown off by the site of it. My fried wantons had some unidentified meat inside that was smaller than a jellybean and was also refried a few times im sure. The meat was too hard to chew. The eggdrop wanton soup tasted spoiled i could not eat any of it. I would not feed this food to my dog. It sounds harsh but they should be ashamed selling this food to customers. They were completely empty luch time so that should have told me somthing. Save your money.

I moved to Florida from Chicago 6 months ago and have been searching for a good chinese restaurant that I liked as much as my favorites back in Chitown. Well, I finally found it with China City. The food was tasty and good quality. We have tried 5 other chinese restaurants down here in Spring Hill and none of them were "good enough". I am so happy we found China City. The restaurant is adorable and the staff extremely friendly and accommodating! Now if we could just find a decent pizza place!

BEWARE!!! Normally I do not write reviews, but, the food was so bad I thought I should warn others. I had take-out and bought the Sweet-n-Sour Chicken and Shrimp in Lobster Sauce combination. The pork fried rice was horrible, the chicken dry and the shrimp was fishy. Even the Egg Rolls were dry and too salty. Have been eating Chinese Food for many years, but this was by far the worst. My wife and I got sick afterwards!

We are foodies! If we are not cooking our own China City is the place to go. Our family has been going to China City for the last 15 years, literally. We have tried other places but no one even comes close. The owner is friendly and available. The service is good and the food is fantastic every single time. An added bonus is that it doesnt cost a fortune so you can afford to take the whole family.

In January 2010, during our vacation, we ate at China City. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The owners were very friendly, and provided excellent service as we ate inside. We came back in July 2011. Same great food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant. They are experienced, and it shows.

I love China City!!!! It was very close by when we lived in Hernando Beach to drop by for dinner or take-out, but we have moved to the other side of Spring Hill, about a 20 minute drive, but I make the trip to China City anyway for my Chinese food cravings, it is that good!!!!! I wont go anywhere else!!!

The only Chinese restaurant in town that doesnt taste exactly like the one down the street. Very polite staff. Also I dont know what they do different but their egg rolls are amazing. My family came to town and we ate here 3 times in 2 weeks. Give them a try.

Very friendly and easy to talk to when ordering. Ordered the burbon chicken meal with pork fried rice. Flavor was strange and rice was very bland. Took a few bites and in the trash it went. Will never order from there again.
