I have been eating at Nam Fongs since I was 5 and I am now 33, they have the best and the freshest food. Its a small family owned and operated business. They provide great customer service and cleanliness. The portions are huge and the prices are reasonable. Allot of people are weary of Chinese food from rumors and write ups in the paper well I assure you they have never been in one of these unless they were receiving an award, the meat is 100 % real beef and chicken and thats why I will only eat Chinese at Nam Fongs because I know what I am getting, I hope they stay open awhile longer. I was just in there and wanted to try the food out. They sat me down right away but did not come back to see if I wanted anything to drink or if I was ready to order. Everyone after me was seated and asked if they wanted water etc...I waited 30 minutes while they served 3 tables that came in after me. Walked out and never going there again. Bad customer service and will not be recomending this place to any of my friends or co worker.

We were driving from Sarasota to Indian Rocks Beach and needed to pick up some food for dinner. The online reviews directed us to Nam Fong. We picked up some food and then drove the rest of the way (over an hour) home. The egg rolls were still crisp and delicious as was the duck dish we ordered. We had the special Nam Fong soup too. While waiting for our food we observed that the owner knew almost all of the (repeat) customers.

This is certainly the best Chinese food in town. My husband and I eat there all the time, and its a wonderful restaurant. The food is worlds better than anything I have had at other places. It is cooked better, presented better, and tastes better. The atmosphere is pleasant as are the staff. It is cash only, that is the only stipulation. The food is worth the minor inconvenience.

The best Chinese food anywhere. We had to move to Utah and Nam Fongs is one of the restaurants we miss the most. Tom and Fong give the very best service to everyone who enters the establishment and the quality or their food is high. All of this for a fair price! So me and my husband used to eat here alot before they turned into a retirement home... All I can say is,as a restaurant you should be more accommodating to your customers, there is absolutely no where to sit. As soon as you open,your jam packed and nowhere to sit. This used to be my favorite restaurant.

The best chinese food in town! My family and myself have been coming here since we moved to florida 14 years ago and the food is just as good then as it is now! I highly recommend this establishment if you have never eaten here do yourself a favor and go try it for yourself!

So I am from Philadelphia and we moved here and I was very disappointed that Florida has horrible Chinese food until We discovered Nam Fong and I got General tso chicken and it tasted great and I will love to come back every knowing that this is a great place to eat!!!

Have been going there for at least 15 years .portions are great for the price chicken almond ding is excellent .I always want to try something new but the chicken almond ding is too good to pass up . I highly recommend that you try this little place with the Big taste

They are so incredibly nice!!! And I will probably come back again and again for their fried rice <3 most Chinese restaurants pre make the vegetable lol mein, but you can actually say what you do and do not want in it which is amazing <3 I WILL be back :D

The food is amazing!!! Love it here, but one waitress was kind of rude to my mom and I. Slamming our menus down and rudely asking us "what do you want." This is the first time Ive had a rude waitress here.... but Ill still come back!!

The taste and quality is unparalleled. Seriously. Recently moved to Sarasota and have been experiencing Fong withdrawals. No other place comes close. Egg rolls, curry, and teriyaki dishes are favorites of mine.
