As the only Starbucks in Highlands County, this store is conveniently on the corner of US 27 and Thunderbird Manor. Open early - closes late and has a very fast drive thru with friendly staff. When visiting this location, my preference is to go inside. If I have my seven-year old daughter with me, we will usually play Scrabble for a few minutes at the "game table" near the store entrance. This Starbucks is clean, has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and very friendly staff. The baristas typically comment that they see me checking in on Facebook with my signature drink -a "Bills Morning Start" - a six-shot Venti, four-pump Vanilla, one-pump Mocha, extra-fat, extra-hot, upside down latte. They also comment on my Starbucks "steel card" as I am apparently only one of two customers that have used one at this store. Overall decent experience. /s/ William E. The absolute WORST Starbucks Ive ever been to! Sadly, its the only Starbucks in town. They mess up my uncomplicated order every single time. The last time I went, I waited in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes - with no one ahead of me! Needless to say, by the time I left, the line was wrapped around the building - and I only ordered 1 drink! The people behind me were getting out of their cars and coming up to mine asking what was taking so long. Definitely needs new management!!!!!!!!!

Drive through is slow almost every time. The person at the window walked off for 10 minutes after I drove up. My drink was prepared and was sitting on the counter inside within 2 minutes, but it just sat there the rest of the time, waiting on the person at the window to return. Once they arrived back at their post, they had to finish their conversation on current events before even taking my payment. Not a pleasant experience for $5 coffee.....

The staff is very friendly. I gave it a 3 star rating because their frappaccino machine was broken. I realize its not their fault, but thats all I like here. So I wasnt able to get anything, which is also not their fault. But im happy their wifi is working and they were apologetic and friendly.

Words cannot express how much I love Starbucks, and this particular one is no exception. My drinks are made quickly, they are rarely ever wrong (and if they arent made right they are more than happy to fix it), staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the place is kept very clean.

The last 3 times they have been out of multiple ingredients. They say its popular. Well then, someone isnt doing their job when it comes to submitting orders for product. Its really sad, I usually go multiple times a week. I think Ill find some place else to go to from now on.

I went through the drive thru for something cold. Ordered the triple berry refresher. The girl at the window was rude, but the real problem was how awful my drink tasted. I didnt mind spending the money, but sure think it should have tasted good. It was beyond disgusting!!!

Slowest and very rude people on drive thru, I ordered a cheese danish on the window the girl with long blonde hair didnt greet and terrible attitude, worst staff ever. This is not the first bad experience I have with her, this place needs better staff

Ive never had a problem with this Starbucks location. It seems to always be pretty quick at getting my order ready and a fairly friendly staff as well. Ive been here several times and there has never been a long line either.

I stop in here every time Im in Sebring and the service has always been on par with other Starbucks. Though I actually think they make a better flat white than most other Starbucks Ive stopped at.

Stopped in on the way to a meeting. Very spacious. In and out very quick. You have to ride all the way around the building to get into the drive through if not coming through the shipping center.
