Would never go here in the morning again, we came in about 8:30am of course we figured it would be busy, but the problem is they do ALL OF THE MOBILE ORDERS FIRST, so after we paid for our coffees at the register we had to sit and wait 15 minutes while the counter stacked up with nothing but mobile orders, out of the 15 minutes we waited for our order about 10 mobile orders piled up at the counter and only 2 people came in to get them while we waited. MY suggestion is to put the mobile orders off to the side of the store and prioritize the CASH customers that are sitting and waiting for their order.

Slowest Starbucks always! You have 8 people working and I always have to wait forever even for my mobile orders. I just had to wait 15 minutes from a Mobil order for a bagel and iced coffee. This happens every time, doesnt matter how early I Oder it. And if they dont have what you ordered, they dont tell you. Its just incredibly frustrating to come here! Its been a year of coming here every time wondering if my order will actually be ready. The worst!

The design of the space is great, but they have several tables with the rocking problem that need fixing. Also usually Starbucks is nice and cool but lately it has been humid and warm inside which makes it hard for me to focus when studying. I mentioned it to them and 3. People gave me the boiler plate "there is nothing we can do about it" They at least need better air circulation in the space it feels stale.

Steve and his team run the BEST Starbucks in Central Florida...hands down! The run more efficiently than a Rolex and are always friendly...keeping Five Star Customer Service at the top if the priority list. Ive been in Starbucks all across the US...This Store is in my Top 3. Id say promote Steve but I dont want to lose him. Wait...I guess thats selfish

Great service, fast service most importantly! One time I got a Starbucks gift card and it wasnt loaded right and I tried to use the gift card and it was empty they gave me my drink anyway for free and helped me to fix it. Its the little things that make the difference! I am happy repeat customer.

Wonderful Starbucks. The baristas are all courteous and kind, and several of them have memorized my order. They do a wonderful job and the inside of the building is relaxing and spacious. I love this place!
