This Starbucks is very clean, nice staff that really aims to please and great environment. I had a issue once with a drink, but didnt mention it and the next time I went 3 days later, the same staff was going to make my drink so I explained to him how I like my drink and that he got it wrong last time and he ended up giving me entire order FREE for the mix-up (2 venti caramel drinks)!! I really havent had any other issue besides that one drink mix-up and even then Im not too picky to complain. Great location here and Im glad we finally have one in DeLand!!

Staff is friendly and efficient but Ive had several experiences where the iced drinks tasted "off". I typically use the drive through and purchase several items for the office so the taste tests are after Ive already left the store. Ive had a few iced skinny vanilla lattes and iced caramel macchiatos that had a sour/chemical flavor - maybe too much syrup? Disappointing because consistency is why I choose Starbucks.

Employee named Ashley really disappointed me with her demeanor. Kept making rude comments to other employees when customers could hear her. I was made a great drink otherwise but it was still off putting that an employee just blatantly didnt care what she said in front of other customers. Dont think its a appropriate to make gay jokes at work especially after what just happened

Employees polite Breakfast sandwiches not so great Service very slow due to lack of employees making coffee, more workers seemed to be heating sandwiches. My thoughts are these sweet employees did not get sufficient training prior to this store opening. Or, some didnt get training its all OJT.

To the person that claimed the worker named Ashley was making gay jokes, Im her girlfriend. Ive discussed this with her and she would never do anything like this, especially at work. Ive always had amazing experiences at this Starbucks. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great service.

Its a Starbucks! Coffee tasted fresh! Employees kind and friendly. Has a drive thru and easy to get to, not super close to downtown DeLand but not a bad drive. Also has a nice outside seating area with 4 tables with umbrellas. Inside has a cool large world map with coffee info.

I ordered a strawberry acai refresher and it was filled almost all the way to the top with ice. I only took about 5 drinks and it was gone. I was very dissapointed. Normally I dont have issues here so this was bothersome.

Employees very inconsistent with info and promos. They gave me a card for free tea if I purchased so many. Then said I didnt qualify to participate because I was using a reusable Starbucks tumble.
