On vacation here in Sebring for the first time and this was recommended to us. The experience and food was overall great! I had a Chicken Salad Sandwich on a toasted Croissant. The flavor was excellent! It had a nice crunch, plenty of chicken and nice rich flavor, not soupy like some Ive had. You can tell its made in house and not just something out of a big plastic container. My wife had the French Onion Soup which is also homemade. It comes out in n a crock as it should, with a nicely browned layer of Cheese and Frenchs type Fried Onions on top which that part I didnt care for but soup had a great flavor and plenty of onions with just the right touch of wine to the broth. The restaurant is pretty good sized and has a interesting decor. It could use a light cleaning and some updates but dont let that stop you from eating here, our plates, cups and silver ware were all clean and our waitress was very helpful and courteous. Im sure well be back again before our stay is up!

My husband and I took his grandparents there for lunch today and had great food! The problem was that the waitress never refilled mine or my husbands drinks and forgot things that were ordered. When it came time to pay the bill, we payed and must have left a tip that she was not happy with because when she returned with the card she had the nerve to say, "Was my service not good enough for you?" & then said, "Where is my tip?". That is not the kind of service we expect when we go out and spend $100 on lunch!

A local favorite for comfort food in a sports bar setting that is family friendly and co-located with the municipal golf course. Quality of food can be hit or miss based on when you visit and what you order. Its not our first place to go for a family dinner or weekend lunch but we certainly dont turn our nose up at it! Service only lacks when it is super busy, which is typically during Snowbird Season, Thursdays through Saturdays.

Terrible! We waited with empty drinks for over an hour for food that came out dry!! They actually fed two other tables that came in after us. When I talked to the manager I discovered he was actually part owner and was NOT going to discount our bill even by 10%. Keep in mind Im not a complainer - first time in 30 years Ive left a tip under 15%! Not going back!

We have a group of 24 golfers in Sebring twice a year. We ONLY eat at the "shack." The menu is broad and the quality of the food is super. They do an excellent job handling the large group. With a group of 25 it can be tough to find a menu to satisfy everyone (especiallly, since we eat there 2 nights in a row) and service to match.

My wife and I and our friends frequently go there, George is one of the owners, Great guy. The hamburgers are better than most of the steaks in this town, their own special ground Angus. All the food is great and till 4 pm sit at the bar Donna the bar tender "ROCKS" do yourself a favor and stop in ... Youll be back.

Brought friends in from out of town and took them to caddy shack. We waited over a hour for food etc. When the food came out it was extremely dry. Owner never came to the table. They said the kitchen was behind but still no reason for such long wait.

Had drinks and the service was great, i dont know what they were complainingabout but my gal bartender filled by glass before it would go empty. She did everything but back flips and somersaults to make sure everyone was serviced and content!

Was a five star fan till they let smokers ruin the Christmas party climate and turned it into a stifling bar room atmosphere for us more healthy non bar hopping lifestyle people. And for that I will exhale only one star.

Often crowded and tough to get seated due to lots of senior snowbirds during the winter months. The wait staff hustle to provide good service. The menu selection is okay with many daily specials.
