Ive been to the Buckstop now about 7-8 times in the past 7 months since moving to eastern Ohio. The Buckstop is a unique curiousity: Ohio State decor including spacious red/white booths, long traditional wooden bar with multitudinous flatscreen tuned to sports channels overhead, a helpful waitstaff, and a Vietnamese bartender who has helped to make the menu an eclectic and wonderful blend. Some of the best ribs available north of the Mason Dixon line are to be found here (I hear they won a Cleveland burn-off competition one year) as well as some *incredibly good* classic Vietnamese Pho soup! Hard to pass up!

Buckstop is the quintessential small town jewel. Yes. Its a bar. Yes. The traditional bar food is great ( I was raised in Buffalo NY, but the Buffalo wings here are exceptional!) But here you can choose wonderful Vietnamese food too. The owner, Bill, is both friendly and available. And behind the bar, Mia will remember you from the day you walk in and always make you welcome. This is a local place that you MUST visit!!
