I have eaten here many times since Ive lived in Sebring, and as far as it goes, it is probably the "finest dining" in town. The food is always excellent, the servers are great, and the atmosphere is beautiful. However, their prices are extremely high. Granted, like I said, this is probably the closest that Sebring has to a Fine Dining experience, however their prices are beyond their level of dining. The main thing to remember is that this restaurant is part of an upscale hotel, so the price gouge is also due to that as well. Again, great place to eat, but make sure you bring your wallet.

The first thing I noticed is that for a restaurant in hotel, this place has fantastic atmosphere. I have learned that the hotel itself is an anomaly - surprising guests with quality and fantastic service every night they stay. Chicanes is no exception to that standard! I enjoy the food a lot. For Highlands County, it is the best you can find around. For anywhere else in the world, it is still pretty great. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to make each dining experience a pleasant one. I would recommend Chicanes, without hesitation, to anyone I wanted to impress!

Chicanes costs more than just about any other restaurant in Highlands County but its worth every penny! When you want really, really, really good food this is the spot in Sebring. We love the mussels app and I love the chicken wings. Whenever its on the menu, I get the lamb. The wife loves their grouper. Eat in the dining room, which overlooks Little Lake Jackson or in the bar, a buzzing hot spot for locals and visitors to Sebring International Raceway.

Best restaurant in Sebring We have been coming to the hotel for the last 5 years, and we love the food at Chicanes. It has been consistently good for all these years, the staff very accommodating, they specials every day plus an early dinner menu. The restaurant has a pretty view of the lake and the gardens. Save room for dessert.. I had the strawberry shortcake , and it was amazing.

I ordered a fish sandwich and it wasnt fully cooked and when I complained and asked for something else the owner told the waiter that we would have to pay for something else. Last I checked even McDonalds will give u free food if they mess up ur order u would think a high quality restraunt would be able to fix there mistakes not make u pay for it. Their creme brule was also terrible.

Very upset. I called to check on an application and instead of saying Maam we are right in the middle of dinner would you mind calling back tomorrow morning or evening the lady on the phone said its stupid to call right now to check on an application we are in dinner and she hung up the phone without another word. Very poor customer respect maam.....

If your looking for fine dining in Sebring, this is your best option, by far. Charming and easy going atmosphere with enough class satisfy. Grade A customer service and professionalism, and most importantly, great food. Get a booth with a lakeside view for the full effect. Enjoy our beautiful town with great local hospitality and eats!

This is gourmet quality dining. Probably the best in Sebring. Certainly the best I have happened upon. Ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here over a few days. The staff is excellent and friendly. The views are great and the food is like I said the best. You must try their signature appetizer!!

My family has dinner here at least once a week and have always had great service, terrific food at affordable prices. Truly one of the best restaurants in Highlands County!! They also have a bar menu with appetizers for happy hour. :)

A great place to celebrate a birthday. My best friend, Judy, brought me here for lunch. The staff were so sweet. Heres a picture of my birthday cream brulee, which was oh so good. Its always a treat to meet friends at Chicanes.
