Our friends flew in from PA and we all drove 57 miles to eat here because we read the reviews and thought we would have a nice lunch. Wrong. We had a server who never smiled or made us feel welcome, she only came by once to check on us and even brought out the one order knowing it was burnt. Our guest, who would never speak up at 80 years old let the food sit and she still never replaced it or ordered a new meal. The salad bar is one of the worst I have ever seen at a Ruby Tuesdays with very little choices and very brown salad and coleslaw. The salad was warm so after buying the salad bar could not eat it. So we drove over 100 miles round trip to eat bad food. An example of another dinner that was awful was our friend ordered the petite steak medium rare. This steak looked like they just took a partial steak from another plate and put it on our table. It was small and thiner then a deck of playing cards and way over cooked. WE will never ever eat there again or waste our gas to drive there again.

Ruby Tuesdays is the place to go to meet up with friends, family, or even a quiet meal by yourself! The wait staff is attentive, well groomed, and friendly from the moment you walk through the door. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes from appetizers to full meals and everything arrives fresh and hot to your table. Portions are generous so he sure to leave room for dessert or order that yummy treat first! This place is clean, well managed, and overall a nice place to have a meal.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! They dont give any biscuits anymore. I ordered a Ruby Tuesday steak..it looked like a minute steak.Forget about medium rare..no salad included . The other order was a Hamburger not medium rare. Next time Ill go to Outback where the steaks are always good and drink specials are excellent. They also serve a loaf of bread with a delicious salad. The waiter was nice but didnt ask if everything was ok..Very disappointing.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a Ruby Tuesdays!! We were seated by someone who barely cared about his job, THEN sat in a booth for 15 minutes and was never acknowledged. Nobody even took our drink order or came to our table. I will never go back to that establishment!

We have been to this resturant before and have been pleased. I think the service was fine but the food was not. It was very cold in the resturant so what may have been hot in the kitchen was just warm when it arrived to our table. Would have to consider returning!!???

Gotta say service is excellent but today im shock to find the salad bar looks disgusting ask for something to be filled because it was empty and they filled something else and didnt even clean the mess of food and the mngrs walk by it like they dont see it...

It was packed. So we sat at the bar and ordered take out. The salad bar was full of fresh choices, and quality choices. Our dinner was the special... Lots of great flavorful food for $12.99. the staff was very down to earth friendly.

Very accmadating. Our waiter Jonathan was very friendly and respectful. The ribs were excellent. I had 1/2 barbecue and 1/2 Cajun, both were savory and falling off the bone tender. My husband had the prime burger and loved it.

I have gone there once and orderd a buger and i would have to say it was cooked perfectly but that was like a year after they had opened up I would probably go back there after April i dont mind the wait

Takes forever to get served, and im not talking about a one time deal, I mean every time I go. Now they got rid of the best part of dining there, the biscuits!!! Going down hill in do many ways.
