The service here seems to be slower than other locations. And my chicken was old, barely warm at all, and just all-around low quality. The employees were just there- neither friendly nor rude. The ONLY positive thing about this store is that they offered spicy chicken as an option. BUT that also means they didnt offer extra-crispy option, just original, spicy, and grilled. F.Y.I. Theres another KFC a little over one mile away (on Northlake) that has the BEST service, dedicated, hard-working staff, super clean restaurant, and VERY fresh extra-crispy chicken! And worth the drive!

The young lady in drive-thru should never address customers. She was very unprofessional and three customers took literally thirty minutes in the lobby. I cant say anything positive about tonights experience. I dont wanna give any stars

The chicken is always salt and the young lady at the drive true had long dirty nails. I work in the restaurant industry for years and long nail is a no no, much less long dirty nails. Prompt service I must say n very friendly staff
