This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. I have visited this restaurant three times in the past couple of years and each time my order has been missing multiple items when I got home. When I went this time, I ordered hot wings, a kids meal and another basket special. The kids meal was missing the applesauce and the dipping sauce, the hot wings were missing the hot sauce and the pickles and the biscuit, they had only given me plain crispy wings and a coleslaw. With sleeping kids in the car I had to pull back through the drive thru to get the order corrected. The cashier was yelling through the microphone on the speaker about some other order that she had been working on and ignored me on the other end. She eventually came back on and asked me to pull forward to the window. After several minutes waiting in line to get back up, I asked to see the manager. They ignored my request and proceeded to go ahead and make the corrections themselves. I had to twice repeat the missing items and when I asked to see the manager again, the cashier still ignored my request and got the other items. There was never any apology. Terrible service! Wont go back!

The person taking tge order could use some training in peoples Relation. Always has a big face, takes the wrong order, people need ti constantly repeat the orders which is very unconfortable for some people like me. The attandants/serices people speaking on the background while people wait in the front line. This restaurant is my favorite but lately feel that could use some professional guidance.

Drive through was so long I went inside to only wait 30 mins for my order to be taken. The cashier was not the problem, shes was helping all areas of the restaurant but over all this kfc is always my last resort of I get fast food. P.s. they never have pot pies and thats my favorie thing.

My husband & I ordered 2 pot pies. They should be called vegetable pot pie.. We counted 3 small bites in each pie. I know the price is very low, but take out some of the potatoes & add 1 more bite of chicken. Then you can really call it chicken pot pie. PS the crust was very good.
