!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE !!!!! On Wed. 3/24/2016 my friend and I waited about 45 minutes in the drive through line and FINALLY placed our order. We had coupons which this store issued and I have used before without a problem. Upon coming to the window, we were told they no longer honor those coupons, despite having NO EXPIRATION DATE and this store issuing them. The woman working the window was as cold as a rock and about as friendly too. She had no compassion or apology and started the ring upi the transaction without the coupons. NO THANKS!!! We went to Burger King... sailed right through the drive through and found friendly staff, better food and a store that appreciated our business. Upon coming home, I called Chick-Fil-As corporate HQ and told them my horrible Chick-Fil-A experience. They didnt seem to care either saying that most of their stores are independently owned and they have no control. They said they would forward the complaint to the offending store. I was astonished that corporate didnt care. HENCE, THAT IS A POOR REFLECTION ON ALL CHICK-FIL-As!!! It gives them all a bad reputation. This one did MAJOR damage to that reputation. Today (3/24/2016) I got a call from some woman (Amy ???) from this Robinson Twp. store who said that she was the new owner since February (last month) and... "WE DONT ACCEPT THEM, PERIOD!" That was it. No apologies or anything.... just "WE DONT AND WONT HONOR THOSE COUPONS!" Insane as THAT STORE distributed them!!! She said corporate agreed with her. If thats the case, ALL OF CHICK-FIL-As ARE WORTHLESS. She also disputed how long we were in line. She said they served 60 customers that hour, but I never told her exactly when we were there so she must have ESP. I asked my friend while I was on the phone with this moron how long she perceived we were there in that line. She said: "AT LEAST 35 MINUTES!" So much for fast food. But this rude excuse for a businesswoman didnt care at all about me, my business or that she had a very disgruntled customer. Her attitude was disgusting. She was ill tempered and rude. What a despicable and horrid reflection on her store, Chick-Fil-A and herself as a person. STAY AWAY FROM CHICK-FIL-A !!!! There are so many other choices for fast food and better and more reasonable ones too. Without those coupons, a simple, plain piece of chicken on a bun with pickles, a fry and drink was just under $7. FORGET THAT!!!! My fathers family were businessmen and had MANY different stores. They always treated EVERY ONE of their customers with respect and valued their patronage. YOU WONT FIND THIS AT THIS CHICK-FIL-A and since their corporate office supposedly agrees with this rogue woman, then I say EVERY Chick-Fil-A is the worst choice you can make when looking for fast food... especially this one in Robinson where there are so many other choices. BE CAUTIOUS OF OTHER GOOD REVIEWS OF THIS STORE!!! If this new owner only took over last month, the good reviews are for the previous operation. I also did see that others complained of the slow service and long lines. If I could rate this woman and Chick-Fil-A ZERO STARS, I would have. They do not deserve even one.

Ordered 4 chicken breakfast sandwichs in the drive through. Receipt is marked 7:55am. I was asked to pull into a parking spot as it would take "a minute" and someone will bring my food out when ready. At 8:15 I finally walked inside to an empty restaurant with what looked like 2 regional managers standing right by the counter. I asked about my food that I have waited over 20 minutes for and the kid at the counter simply turned around, grabbed my bag of food and handed it to me. No apology from any of the employees or even an acknowledgment from the managers. I could have went to a REAL restaurant and had breakfast cooked for me! I was late for work and never even apologized to.

Always fast even with a packed house. Today the parking lot and restaurant was full, all tables were full and the queue was empty, thats how fast they are. Truly fast food. I also appreciate that they keep up to date with technology. App ordering works out great. And when the drive through backs up they use associates wielding tablets to take orders before they make it to the speaker. Associates and managers are always friendly understanding and helpful. Best fast food place in terms of taste, speed, and workers. Only thing that could be improved would be adding group order to the app (like Jimmy Johns) and to be open on Sundays.

Extremely polite crew & sfaff -both the staff & the owner/manager were anxious & ready to help with anything- refills, carrying trays, cleaning tables. I didnt see even one person who was "just standing around" doing nothing. The owner/manager made sure to check with everyone. And this is the way Ive always noticed this location to be -not just a single visit. Happy, polite people seems to be a requirement there. Such a refreshing change!

Im a long time buyer at Chick-fil-A, though usually not at this particular restaurant. I was in the area and needed to stop to buy dinner for family, yet I wish I would have just drove right by without stopping. My order was wrong to where I was charged more than what I asked for, and the salad was slimy. Not happy at all. The man working the registered tried to apologize for the long wait, but that turned out to be the lesser issue.

Great location with a great crew. Im a regular and every time I stop here I receive nothing but great food and fast, friendly service. Food is always fresh and the mobile ordering is a fantastic way to get in and out of this place since it is so popular. The chicken here beats out any other competitor, especially when you grab some of their Chick-Fil-A sauce and Sriracha Sauce. I recommend this high quality eating location to anyone!

The place is always busy, yet its always clean and has a great customer service focus. Even though there are cheaper places for fast food, I prefer here because their workers are nice and super hard working, which is lacking nowadays in our society. Love that they dont put out tacky tip jars out seeking money, but instead, have a nice staff of polite and hard working people.

Good experience. Staff very friendly and did their best to keep the line moving. Was very busy, drive through line wrapped around the building. Chick fil a fries are generally not the best but were actually quite good and crispy at this location. Did not receive dipping sauce with order so make sure to check your bag before leaving!

This place is usually packed during lunch tine. Their chicken sandwiches are amazing. My son always love chicken nuggets from this store. Everything now and then they do some kids activities in their parking lot which people love a lot. Quick service and usually nice and clean. I love the drive through facility here.

Always great service and great food! My only complaint is the long drive-thru line that seems to be there most any time of day, but it is worth it if you can wait. They used to have workers come out and take your order while you waited in the line, but that hasnt happened recently.

Friendly staff with service that is personable. This place is normally busy, so you may have a slight wait, but the staff generally hustle and care about guest service. Chick-fil-A is normally one of the better choices for fast-food in terms of quality and service.
