The lady that takes the orders is so incredibly rude that she ruins the experience. She is rude in person and via phone. We have been to this restaurant 5-6 times, always ordering $50.00 or more. She is short when taking orders, she scolded us one time when we didnt come back exactly in 12 minutes, she was short about taking a larger bill and having to give us change and the last time we we had a carry out she was mad we ordered late when they didnt close for an hour and half. Tonight was the icing on the cake....we called to see if they had delivery as we thought that we saw it advertised. She said yes then came back to the phone and said that they had pick-up only. While I was telling my husband she hung up. Then when I called back to order a large order for pick-up when I started giving her our order, basic items like sweet and sour chicken and bourbon chicken, she said she didnt know what menu we were looking at, and she was being mean about the type of rice we wanted with our items then hung up. The food isnt anything to write home about so there isnt a reason to go back there - and we wont.

The woman working the front counter will never be princess at the charm school but seriously if you call a Chinese take out expecting them to explain the menu to you over the phone then its not the restaurant that has the problem. Just be sure you know what phone number you ordered with and are making a point to listen carefully when you call. They also seem to do order numbers now which may or may not help. All that aside this is simply the best Chinese food youll find for many miles around. It actually tastes freshly cooked instead of the Sysco bag special you get from most places. The vegetables are wonderful and crisp. Portion size is good too. A little bit of a pain to find, just remember behind the McDs in the corner of the plaza. 05-15-13 update Just want to mention the woman now gives you an order number. This simple change makes understanding her much easier. Good move. The food here more than makes up for any nit picky thing I could find to whine about. Its that good.

The food is great. Basicly NYC Chinatown style chinese food. Fresh cooked and not greasy or nasty. I eat here regularly and plan to keep doing so. They have a great Mongolian Beef that I cant find many other places. All the standards, such as General Zsos Chicken, Sweet & Sour Pork, etc are all great. Try the "I dont know" dish. It has some nice spices in it and it is a bit different from the standard chinese food. The other comments are right that the lady at the counter is no charmer, but the rest of the people there are very nice. I dont think she is mean as much as she is just abrupt and a bit short with people. She also doesnt have the clearest english, but what do you expect from a good chinese restaurant. It is about the food. A hint - if you are ordering on the phone look at the menu online and clearly pick out what you want before you call. If you do that then everything will be nice and smooth.

Had crab rangoon and beef teriyaki appetizers. Rangoon was crispy and a little sweet, beef was very tender and tasty. Recommend getting a combination platter, listed on the back of the menu. Most are $8-10 and include a good sized entree, fried rice and a big egg roll. Had the General Tso which was very crispy and fresh, not too spicy. Fried rice was dark with soy sauce and not yellow like most buffets would have. Tasted like it was just tossed together in a pan, was very good but had a lot of onions. Egg roll was great and the vegetables inside were fresh and crunchy. Definitely not a frozen egg roll. I asked my server for hot mustard and expected the usual packets but got a little 2oz cup of what looked like home made hot mustard, very spicy and good. Fast friendly service. Most tables seat 4, some 2 and one table that looked like it could seat 8. Just around the corner from PetSmart.

I really enjoy Sky Dragon. Pretty much anytime I go and want Chinese, its this place. The food is delicious each and every time. The lady who takes the order is pretty funny when you go meet her. On the phone, she doesnt have time to chitchat or wait for someone to make up their minds. I can understand when they are very busy and not trying to hold up their phone lines (since they are a mainly takeout place). She always says hello when I go pick up food and when I havent been there in a while, she asks "where have I been?" I enjoy their chicken with garlic sauce the most, I always come back here just for it. I have tried it else where and keep comign back here for it. Their other menu items are great too. But when you love that one dish, I just very rarely change it up. Hope you will be delighted by their delicious food and portions! :-)

The food is good, but whenever I call to place an order the lady on the phone is rude and nasty and hangs up on you if she is too busy. When I called back and asked for a manager, she said "Manager is here; what do you want?" in very rude tone. I said, "My husband has called three times to place an order with you and you hung up on him each time, and told him it was because he needed to be ready with his order. You are very rude" and she promptly hung up on me. This was NOT the first time the lady who answers the phone was rude to us, infact the previous time we ordered I called and cancelled my order because she was very short and rude to me. Dont waste your time calling these people, and dont give them your money because they do not value or appreciate their customers.

I am currently sitting in this restaurant 8/17/17 and it is truly beyond me as to why this place has "4.1 starts" rating.! This place has the worst customer service in the history of humanity, the woman who took my order greated me with a "what shu want" but even before that, she yelled at me for reaching for the menu.! They have a menu propped up on the counter for people to see, and I guess its untouchable because she nearly bit my hand off when I reached over to get it. The yong lady being serviced ahead of us was kind enough to hand me a paper menu. This woman who takes the orders needs an attitude adjustment, what a shame, when business treat their customers as if they are doing us a favor by having us eat there.
