Very bad! Worse food ever, meat that you cannot even bite into it, fried rice smelling awful, very dry and hard, chicken pieces that are hard even crunchy what kind of meat was that?. The people there dont give a damn about the customers. I truly wish I could give ZERO stars. Terrible simply terrible and all the good reviews here are probably from the the people that work there and relatives because no one in their right mind that ate their food would say it was good. A lot of elderly live in the area and they are eating there because it is convenient to get to. So this so call restaurant treat everyone like they dont know what good Chinese food is.

Dined in Pagodas last evening. (Saturday night). The male waiter attitude was just not acceptable. After sitting for awhile, he finally brought the water and soup before the dry noodles, then the tea. He kept complaining he had other customers. He needed help. I can sympathize with him, but that was not our problem. We are paying customers. The dinner was acceptable. Four people at the table. Everytime he served our table, I was always last to get served. Wonder why??? This is the year 2016.

I have eaten a few times before, and it was just ok. But today we ordered and the food SUCKED!!!!!!!! The beef was chewy and sponge like, veggies SUCKED ABSOLUTE BUTT!!!!! If you went to a great Chinese restaurant, then dug through the dumpster for some 3 day old Beef Szechuan, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER THAN WHAT THIS PLACE SERVES!!!!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!!!!!! Never again!!!!!!!

The worst experience ever!! The gentleman waiter followed me into the parking lot and harassed me for a better tip after I thought he got what he deserved (did not go above and beyond and only brought our food to the table with some water). I had to even seat myself and get my own menus. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!! The food is burnt and the service sucks!

Called ahead to see if open the owner answered and was very nice and knew his stuff very well. We got here and walked into what seems like a whole different world this place is amazing the owner greeted us upon entry as well as other members of staff. The buffet was so clean and presentable and everything tasted great....

arrived for lunch at 2 55 pm ,made the 3 pm deadline . i was already seated, my wife was parking the car and she arrived 3 minutes past 3 pm ! i was told that i can have the lunch menu but my wife must order from the dinner menu !! sounds crazy but this is a true story !! lady owner is a nut job !!!

Food is awesome service is terrible... So we arrived before the early bird special ended it ends at 7.00 we orderd at 7:03 but he said we could not order because we were late to order. My mom said are u kidding thats it were leaving and the Chinese guy said ok bye but we staid. Chinese idiot
