I will never eat here again. I have been eating here for years and I love the food. However, a couple of months ago we had delivery and our credit card was charged twice and it was a huge mess to get fixed and we were treated horribly. We decided to give them another chance today and brought family that were in town from NY. Well we had 4 small children with us, one that was special needs, we got pizza for them. Three adults got their meals and an hour still no pizza. We watched 3 tables get pizza, eat pizza and leave before my kids every got theirs. Over an hour later they finally got the pizza. We never got a sorry when we complained. We spoke to the owner she did nothing at all to rectify the situation. Horrible customer service.

Worse customer service EVER. Food is just OK. My husband was served a clearly RAW meatball sub and the owner comes over and argues about our "lack of knowledge" when it comes to meatballs. Since when are the customers wrong about a clearly raw meatball. Seriously causing a scene in front of the whole dining room. It doesnt take a "brain surgeon" to figure out a raw piece of meat. In the end, we were still charged for the raw meat and NEVER given the opportunity to order another one. We will NEVER eat there again and I wouldnt recommend this place to even my worst enemy. They need to work on the customer service skills. Pathetic!!!!!!

I almost didnt go here after reading some of the reviews. That would have been a huge mistake on my part and i am very glad i decided to try it. I have eaten at hundreds of restaurants and this one was definitely in the top 10.. I got a medium size calzone(which was massive) and a 3 bean soup. Both were simply amazing.. The owner was training a new server so she waited on us and was very knowledgeable and delightful. The portion sizes were quite large. Just make sure to save room for dessert. They make a tiramisu cake that was perfect.. .

Up until now Ruffinos was my usual go to for Italian even though they are quite pricey. After waiting an hour, my last and final order from them was completely wrong. They gave us mussels instead of clams, spaghetti instead of linguini, and forgot the breadsticks that come with the dinner. When I called to inform them of the mistakes their only suggestion was to wait another hour and exchange the food we have for the correct order. (What they were going to do with it was left up to our imagination!) Poor customer service!

Probably the best food Ive ever had. I have been suffering from alcoholism for years. At my lowest point in life I figured before I go, I would try ruffinos chicken Marsala. Little did I know.. that changed my life. Ive since been 3 years sober, own a house, have a beautiful fiancé, Melissa, and have a little rug rat on the way. Thank you ruffinos for changing my life. Food is life-changing!!!

Opon our arrival at Ruffinos we were greeted by the hostess and she had a warm smile. Next we were greeted by our wonderful server Daneila. There bread is fluffy and toasted. And my meal was perfect. The service is great my drink was always being filled and I never had to ask for napkins. I love this place its always clean and well kept. And most of all everyone is so friendly.

If I could have given it zero star I would! Disgusting and I am DISGUSTED! Soup spoil Pasta Fagiol!!!! My God, do not eat Pasta ask for substitute Brocolli charged an additional $2.95, which was fine. Broccoli saggy! Chicken Piccata dry! Trash and thats where it went!!!!!!! I should have known there was no one sitting in there. DISGRACE TO ITALIANS!!!!!!

Went to Fernandos with friends. This was our third visit but first in about a year. We were very pleased previously but it seems even better now. All of our meals were excellent and the service was a little slow but acceptable particularly considering the quality of the food. The portions are very large and pricing is very reasonable.

One of the best, if not the best Italian restaurant experience in my life!! Absolutely loved the pizza, and was able to talk to a cook who make the pizza, Paul Denino, after his shift, and he was very entertaining. This man deserves a raise, he cooked the best pizza I have eaten in my life, and made me chuckle.

The pizza is ok put the people are not. The rent out rental property to drug addicts and drug dealer and dont care. The only thing that they care about is making a quick buck and they dont care about destroying a neighborhood. They are forgetting about the people who support there restaurant.

Excellent deep dish pizza. Had half veggie and meat lover which was both tasty and just perfect. Followed by eggplant parmesan diner for me and spaghetti and claims for my wife. Both were delicious and as close to NY Italian as you could wish for in Fl. Go there! You wont be disappointed.

Lasagna is a basic Italian dish, this one ordered on 09/09/2016 was simply inedible! It was impossible to taste it the pasta was hard, when iI complained i got a nasty Italian lady who argued with me! DO NOT GO THERE...OTHER DISHES ARE HARDLY OK RESTAURANT TOO EXPENSIVE.

i dont understand where the good reviews come from. The food was mediocre at best, they messed up our order multiple times and our server was extremely rude and unproffesional. To top it this restaurant is very expensive for what it is.

I just bought a plain cheese pizza and their homemade sauce and high quality mozzarella is to die for!! I highly recommend this place, the best pizza place in Port St. Lucie hands down!!
