Used this restaurant to cater a small surprise party two weeks ago and would NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. First – one plate was not delivered. Second - was talked out of ordering Sternos to keep the food warm. Third – was told that the food would be brought in warming boxes and that we would be allowed to keep them until I returned them the next day as opposed to getting Sternos. They ended up taking the boxes with them so the food was cold when it was time to eat. Lastly – I have called 4 TIMES since that day to talk to someone about getting a refund for the dish they did not bring and was told each time that the catering manager would need to call me. To date no one has called. This, more than anything else, is DISGRACEFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Being from out of town, choosing them via a recommendation and not knowing any better – to me this smells of a restaurant in decline who do not care about doing right by their customers. It was DISAPPOINTING AND EMBARRASSING for me to have a party with cold food and a missing plate (spaghetti and meatballs) which was a favorite dish of many of the guests. Do yourself a favor – stay away from this establishment.

My first time here and Im very ,very pleased...the staff was very nice ,always helpful and smiling...service was great and very speedy. I had the Italian feast comprised of manicotti, eggplant, and chicken parm that was blanketed in a warm, cheesy, perfectly coated array. . The sauce was on point, being mild and not too rich.Wow is how I felt as I inudged in this fantastic feast...the ricotta was smooth and creamy...The parm and eggplant were melt in your mouth as well.. The meal also comes with a small light salad with incredible blue cheese dressing and a side of spaghetti that was perfectly cooked. The grand finally was a lemoncello cheesecake that put the cherry on this fabulous meal. Will be returning for sure.

For my past few large and small events I have called Mama Jennies to take care of our catering needs. First of all the catering manager Megan was so helpful. She really worked with us not only on our budget but also made recommendations for our menu that we may want to serve as part of our event. The food was awesome! Im still thinking about the delicious meatballs and Italian sausage that was served with our baked ziti. The delivery was right on time and I have yet to worry about them being late delivering our food. For a control freak that has many events where food is a huge part of its success, I can say with confidence that we will continue using Mama Jennies in the future.

I have eaten at Mama Jennies many times over the last two years. The food has slowly digressed in both flavor and quality. Recently Mama Jennies has remodeled and it appears they are saving money by using inferior ingredients. I have ordered deliveries which were prompt, but pick up is a zoo. The have their customers go into the happy hour barn to pick up orders. It is usually loud and orders are almost always not ready after the given pickup time passes. I have gotten wrong orders more than once. This place could be so good if they would revisit the food and move delivery pickups to the front desk. Your food quality sucks.

I ordered take out on 8/30/16. I ordered spaghetti with angel hair pasta and was charged an extra 99 cents. I asked the girl at the pick up counter " this has angel hair, right" she said yes. When I got home there was a not on the container that read "sorry no angel hair " I was charged for something I did not get. Next was the garlic rolls, they were burned! And hard as a rock! I could have given someone a concussion with them. The food was tasteless and the portion was enough to feed a 5 year old. I believe they were just giving me whatever scraps left from the kitchen. I WILL NEVER EAT FROM THEM AGAIN!

I ordered food from Mana Jennies for the first time and through uber eats. The food arrived earlier than expected and hot. I ordered garlic knots, a meat lasagna and a chocolate cake. Amazing garlic knots with fresh chunks of garlic and parmesan on the top. The cake was pretty good too considering they have fair frices. But I pass on their lasagna, I couldnt eat it. It s mostly blend tomato sauce, I think they use the same pizza marinara sauce for their pasta. mozzarella cheese was not even gratinated and they did not send parmesan cheese either.

Called to pick up pizza at 5:45 pm Saturday night...was told it would take 45 minutes, I thought that was long for pick up ...but decided to order. one large pepperoni pizza. Arrived at 40 minutes and waited and waited...bartenders tried to sell me a drink...at one hour mark...I asked them to please check again for my pizza...they stated they had a new chef and did I still want my pizza...One hour 20 minutes to get a pizza... NO BUENO....

I never give reviews but I had to since this place was so bad. Restaurants should not serve canned soup or pasta sauce. Thats exactly what they serve here I am NOT exaggerating. Chicken was mediocre. And the Parmesan cheese on the tables if its not expired then in just tastes like sewer water. The garlic bread is average and its the best thing they have there. Apart from shocktop on draft.

My family and I have been loyal customers since we moved to the area 20 years ago. In the past year their restaurant service has been slack, waiters rarely come to check on you, youll have to call for them. As for delivery; they have gotten my last 6 orders wrong resulting in sending out another order to correct it. Wouldnt resort to mama jennies even if they were 24 hour.

Mama Js is awesome. When I first went inside it was like they are family oriented. I dont get it, the other reviews must be crazy. The Chicken Parm was amazing the pizza could have used more sugar in the sauce but it was 72 pizza. amazing. Ask for Mamas big boy. its crazy like man vs. food style. lol a heart-attack in a box. like mickey ds I am loving it.

I came here with a bunch of friends for lunch. I had a stromboli, which was pretty good; but my friends complained that their pizza was bad. I rate this place as 2 stars more because the service was awful. The staff there hardly works. I had to leave my table and find a server to ask for water, then again to ask for a menu, then again to ask for the check.

Great atmosphere and the drinks are fantastic!!!!! 3 Stars due to them giving us the special Spaghetti when we ordered the Lasagna.....Like I said the drinks (Blue Ice Tea) are fantastic. The food was good, I dont really like spaghetti and meatballs but it was edible and the Garlic Bread and Mozerlla Sticks hit the spot and were very tasty.

They have the worst delivery service. I made 2 online catering orders and they missed them up. I called to fix it. They even got worse. They kept giving very wrong time estimates. It has been 2 and half ours and I am still waiting for them to deliver. Never rely upon them for your events. They are gonna ruin it.
