I went to La Famiglia with my wife for the first time since I always walk by it after the gym. I didnt have a bad experience, but alot was left to be desired, mostly regarding food quality. The service was OK. Our server was very friendly. I didnt get a water refill, and there were only three occupied tables, so I say good and not great b/c of small things like that. The facilities were very clean. The food wasnt so good. We ordered quite a few things, and I was underwhelmed by most of it. I ordered the stuffed shells. They didnt taste bad, but Im not even kidding when I say Ive had better out of a frozen bag from Sams Club. They are DEFINITELY heat-n-serve shells. Disappointing when you go to an Italian restaurant. If I am wrong, then the chef has got some work to do. I also had a Chefs Salad which left alot to be desired. The ham on the Chef salad was lunchmeat (ala Oscar Meyer) rolled up and sliced. Again, this is a classy looking Italian cafe. 86 the ham sandwich and add a little prosciutto! I would be upset, but the shells came with garlic rolls and a small salad for $8.50 . . . thus reinforcing the ongoing life lesson of "you get what you pay for." But in todays economy, when you treat yourself to dining out, you want the restaurant to create value, not serve something you could have made at home in quite literally 15 minutes. Update: Nothing has changed. I decided to order a pizza and give it another go. This time I believe the proprietor (or manager?) took my order in person. I noted that I couldnt locate them on maps to call in the order. He asked me (more like grunted). . . to tell him . . . how to do that. Youre a business owner. Figure it out. Wouldnt go back after that one.

The food is of good quality, fresh soups and salads. Their garlic rolls are awesome. I gave a rating of 3 because of the following. Its a Mom and Pop place and theres only 2 waiters for the entire place. Took us almost 40 minutes to get served and the place was empty. I can imagine that during peak time the wait time is extremely long. The waiter actually forgot about us and apologized. No biggy and second. We ordered 3 chicken Parm with pink sauce and there was an extra $8 on the bill because I chose a different sauce. I would have liked for the server to let me know about the additional charges. Its kind of rediculois You cant pick a meal and choose a sauce of your taste. The food is a bit on the pricey side but overall it was a good meal

I used to go here about every other day with my former boyfriend, now i occasionally go still because of how the pizza i sooos phenomenal! I just love how good the pizza is, i even had my mom and sister go to try the pizza, which they loved! Only thing two things that suck is they dont deliver, i really wish they did since i dont have a car, otherwise i would buy from here constantly. And there calamari is soo skimpy! Its practically all batter, with a minute piece of calamari. Besides those two glitches, the pizza is amaziggg!

Came upon this nice restaurant on the way to go do some errands. My dad looked online for Italian food nearby and saw great reviews. The reviews did not lie. I have to start with the service, AMAZING. I do not remember the young mans name, but he was Venezuelan & spanish. He made us feel right at home and made sure we were satisfied. The red wine on the table is recommended and DELICIOUS. Garlic rolls come with the meals as a starter and we ate them all! I definitely recommend this place. Will come back.

LOVE THIS PLACE! I recommend it to everyone whos in the mood for some good Italian cuisine. Even the simplest cheese pizza is AMAZING! And the prices are fair. They have a pizza lunch special and other daily lunch specials too. This place was recommended to me by a former boss whos family was Italian. Said its the closest thing to Italian New York Pizza here in Florida! I tried it and ive been a raving fan since.

Went for first time around noon and ordered medium deluxe pizza (it was huge for two), 1/2 order garlic rolls and calamari. It was deliciously fresh. Havent flavored that freshness in a pizza for many years. Everything made to order even the dough. Waiters are prompt and attentive. No wait time. Will definitely go back and strongly recommend.

Love this place. I used to go during lunch with some buddies from work and get two slices and a drink for a great price. The garlic rolls are probably the best Ive ever had. Not too much garlic, crispy on outside, but soft on the inside. Update 5/1/17 - just had lunch there and I still love this place. Lol

Depending soon what you get it could cost more than what I usually go for. If you want something really good, go for either the pizza or better yet, my personal favorite, the calzone. It takes about 20 minutes but well worth the wait. Fresh crust and the fillings made to order. Just cant go wrong with it.

Great food and great service always make for a good choice. Plenty of parking and good Italian food choices. The friendly service makes you feel at home. Good choice for a family outing. Good space for small gatherings. Reasonable prices, authentic Italian atmosphere. Family friendly.

This place is amazing as far as food quality and taste goes. The pizza is great and I love how they offer it by the slice. Conveniently across the street from me and Ive been many times. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys a good pizza spot with a good variety of delicious food!

The servers were friendly, the ambiance was adequate, and the food was good. Nothing was spectacular, but it doesnt ways have to be. I think this place is the perfect "good" neighborhood Italian place. I would come here again and hopefully leave as satisfied as I am now.

Way over priced! 3 alfredo dinners for $75??!! And the calamari. .... there was barley any on the plate. Lets just say i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! We will not be returning there. Its pretty bad when your kids leave still hungry

Okay......I do go here a lot cause its close. But the pizza is super greasy, the quality is mediocre, and the service is okay, but sometimes not nice. Pricey too. Go and get your self a top quality frozen pizza and save your money

Spaghetti and meatballs were good. Shrimp tasted fresh. Fast service. Not very busy throughout the week. Good place to grab a quick bite if your craving Italian and have limited time.

I love their Margarita Pizza. The dough tastes almost like dessert. The Cheese is not the regular kind they put on their other pizza. It comes in medium and large. Yummy!
