Alfredo y Jorge .....escuchando le programa de Agustin y Clarines hoy...cuando Jorge fue a la entrevista y presentacion para El Red CArpet Restaurant....en Actualidad 1020AM era imposible no ordenar y degustar vuestros platos recomendados por Agustin Acosta....esquisito el pulpo, la langosta y el sorbeto de postre....la atencion es excelente y la amabilidad no hay palabras con el respeto que tratan a sus clientes. Es un lugar donde no ven a uno como un cliete mas......tienen sumo orgullo y austera vocacion en las artes culinarias.......

First, as a person who also owns/operates a family business, I would like to send a message to my fellow Miamians who are cynical about everything. In this case, because the reviews are so spectacular, some will undoubtedly assume that the 5 star review is "manufactured". Nothing could be further from the truth so please visit this little gem of a restaurant and see for yourself. My girlfriend and I ate at the Red Carpet today and it was beyond spectacular. The food, the prices and most importantly, the personal attention/service was exactly as advertised. The owners are two (young) brothers (Mom also works there as does mine at my business) who are super nice and deserve whatever sucess may come their way. P.S. I wish I could recommend one delcious plate but my girlfriend and I tried 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 3 desserts and they were all amazing!! Take care, Mike & Mimi

Located on Miamis famous 8th Street, Red Carpet is a place we recommend and to which we will return.

The food is well prepared. It taste fresh and feels healthy. They offer a bottle of Napa wine for only $30. The Chicken Parmesan, Risotto, Seafood Linguine and grilled eggplant with tomato sauce was excellent. The service and attention is great. The place is warm, cozy and spotless. This Family restaurant has lots of potential and has lived up to all its good reviews. I strongly recommend this restaurant. The ONLY reason I am not giving five stars is because of the restaurant location and design. (What I mean: The environment is not like Komodo in Brickell, Rusty Pelican on the Miami Bay, Smith & Wollenski on the Government Cut or Capital Grill with its wine cellars and wood work). I feel its fair to reserve five stars for restaurants that invest $millions into the "whole experience".

So you find the place using google maps... How can it have 5 stars on google, yeps and trip advisor ? Either they have a large family or there is something different about the place. Its kind of hard to find - cannot see it from the street - and the surroundings is not that impressive either. But then you order... Very good service, incredible food. If you are looking for large portions and fast service you are in the wrong place. All the dishes as made to perfection. There is a pace to eat. Enough to enjoin calmly the meal and the company. It DOES deserve every star.

Wow ! I almost never leave reviews from restaurants but now I must! I have to say the Red Carpet blew our minds with amazing flavors with every plate & dessert that literally made us go "wow!" "Mmm..." and to eat slowly to really enjoy it. The service...the attention and politeness is out of this world! Very happy we gave it a try to this place! Will come back for sure again & again...and will recommend it to everyone. THANK YOU! (Try it.. you wont regret it !!!)

This restaurant was great. Its on the fringes of Coral Gables. When you approach the restaurant, you may think it doesnt belong where it is or that you must be in the wrong place. It is family owned and operated, so they are very attentive and polite. The taste of the food was delicious and the presentation was well done. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone that likes Italian food. I will be returning to Red Carpet.

I had a salad (mixed greens) and chicken parmesan. The salad was fresh, big, and was more than just a bowl of lettuce. The chicken was cooked and seasoned to near perfection. The pasta that came with the chicken was cooked perfectly and topped with an olive oil garlic mix, which had plenty of garlic- I didnt miss the marinara. Service was very attentive and very polite. When Im back in town Ill eat here again.

Fantastic service! Delicious food, I had the risotto al mojito. Its a small place cozy, very clean! Amazing Italian food. I dont understand why this place is not extremely full every day. In a time like this where finding good service is difficult they truly stick out for their amazing customer focus. I hope they continue to treat their customers this way.

A small Italian restaurant with an adorable atmosphere, Red Carpet Italian is owned by 2 brothers who go above and beyond to ensure youre satisfied with the experience from start to finish. Theyre willing to go off-menu to give you exactly what you want and the food is divine. I will definitely be returning, and you visit too.

Great place. The customer service is wonderful, they make you feel at home. Its a simple place but with a comfortable atmosphere. The food is especially delicious. The French bread they give you before with olive oil and Parmesan cheese is fantastic. I ate the gnocchi and it melted it my mouth delicious. I highly recommend the place.

This is an excellent family owned restaurant. The food is hand-crafted with everything including the pasta made from scratch. The owner serves you himself.
