I called the store to if they had as small ham and large rolls. I was told, yes for both questions. I got there within 20 minutes. The store was not busy and was able to walk right up to place my order for a small ham. I was shown a ham, that they claimed was the smallest. It wasn’t small to me, nor was the price. I took the ham, anyway. I didn’t see the large rolls, I asked a person behind the counter, “Where are the large rolls?”. I was surprised to hear, ”We don’t have any they stopped making them.”. I don’t plan to shop at this Honey Baked Ham ever again.

Ive never had a bad experience at Honey Baked Ham. I go there every Christmas, get the smallest ham because its just me and every year it tastes top quality as I expect. The food is expensive, but worth every penny. What I really like to do is stop in for a sandwich if Im driving over that way. They make a great ham on croissant and you can get potato salad with it instead of chips. Over the six years Ive lived in West Pasco the quality has never changed; its always excellent. :)

Disrespectful, terrible service at kiosk in LongLeaf. Staff was arrogant & acted like they were the ham czars. Dont go there unless you are ready for horrible service. Have been a customer of Honey Baked for many years, but will never submit myself to this aggravation ever again. Beware.
