We were recommended by a friend. The place was dirty... Very dirty. But we reserved judgement because we heard the food was awesome. While waiting I observed how dirty the floor was. Like no one cared to clean it. It literally looked like someone used dirty water to try and mop it. After waiting 20 minutes (which was fine) we got our food and left to go to a local park to eat. Our hamburgers were a sloppy, soggy mess. For the price we paid I expected a little better eye appeal. The bread was drenched in grease and unedible. The French fries were soggy and the onion strings were chewy. Gross. We spent 35 bucks for fast food that was subpar. The girl at the counter was polite but if she wasnt behind the counter I would never have known she worked there. Her hair was a mess and wearing a plain t-shirt. Call me crazy but looking unprofessional even in a burger joint gets to me. Also, they have t-shirt s for sale there (why their employees dont wear them is beyond me) and jewelry made from polished rocks? Makes no sense. I am pretty sure the owners of the downtown restaurant have just given up on this place. I know if I owned a famous restaurant and branded off a "to-go" place... Never would I let it get run down and bring my reputation down.

My husband and I used to love it here! We would go at least a couple of times a month. Starting earlier this year the service has been horrible. Every time we try to call we never get through so I have to go there to place my order and wait for our food. In March was the last time we decided to order. We had friends over and wanted so badly for them to try out the food! I once again, had to go in and order. They told me a 40 min wait (not an issue, it was a busy Sat night). I came back in around 35 minutes later to wait for my food. After sitting for about 15 more minutes I asked if it was close to being done and they didnt have an answer. I ended up sitting there for 40 more minutes waiting, so an hour and 20 minutes total. The biggest issue is, our food was not even luke warm. I called a few days later to talk to someone about it, they took my name down and said the manager would call me back, I never got any response. That was my last straw. We havent been back since.

This place was good when it first opened and now it has below par food, people and environment. Its gross, all of it is gross. The people are heartless and lazy. I always get the buffalo chicken sandwich with no blue cheese at all, and what I got today was a buffalo chicken sandwich but they had messed up and added blue cheese to it, and scraped it off!!!!! I could still taste it, because I despise blue cheese. I want whoever to know that they didnt get away with it, I am absolutely appalled, angry, and disgusted. This place is a disgrace to the Thurman name and the owners should be appalled.

Ever since this place opened I have been rooting for it. I forgave the soggy bun and they fixed it (sort of). I put up with the ridiculous up-charge for fries which at their burger price point should come free. I even put up with them not answering the phone many times when trying to place an order. But in the end the burger, while big and filling, just isnt that good. I will go back for some of the other food because they do offer a nice variety of good (not great) items, but I am done with their "signature" item.

They failed to get half of our order correct and packed the wrong food in which we didn’t notice until we returned home. Burger was over cooked and the bacon tasted like it was cooked earlier in the day which was cold & hard with no flavor. The menu is filled with unreasonable upcharges like an extra 2.49 if you want fries instead of chips on top of an already overpriced burger. Could be a great restaurant and I wish the quality matched the price.

Thurmans is world famous for its super stacked Thurminator burger, and now its available in Reynoldsburg! One of the best things theyve done is create a relationship with the bar next door, the Duggie. It is possible to order food at the Duggie from Thurmans and eat it at the Duggie. Ordering me pick up is done through windows between the two adjoining buildings. Now you can enjoy Thurmans with your favorite adult beverage.

Absolutely Fantastic!! 4th order will be placed today. The team the owner (the son of the founders of the original) has assembled has done a great job to meet the demand and trust me; there is a demand. Expect somewhat of a wait but its beyond worth it. Order and order often (just not on the same day I order). A special thanks goes out to the owner for making such great food easily accessible.

Been in the establishment twice, both times the front area is dirty, the door glass is dirty - I can only image what the kitchen looks like. Personnel always seem very much interested in everything else but their customers. And the last time our burgers were so rare (I ordered medium well) that we could only eat the outside edges. In all, very disappointed.

Absolutely the BEST burger in town! Perfectly portioned, and seasoned well. The Thurman burger its self is my favorite, and the fries rock too. Just tried the wings the other day and not bad for a burger joint. Totally like having a Thurman on the east side of town! Its nice to sit in the Dugout next door, as well. Great stuff!

I was pretty disappointed by the food here. The physical location is not great, and while the menu is really impressive (particularly for a satellite location that doesnt have the "full" Thurmans experience), I wasnt too impressed by the quality of the food overall. Go to the original Thurmans instead if possible.

I heard a lot about Thurman To Go. I called to place an order. A girl answered the phone and placed me on hold. She was spoke so fast, I couldnt understand a word she said. I was on hold for 25:41 minutes. Someone then picked up the phone and hung up immediately. I will just get some Little Caesars next door.

Wanted to get a big burger for dad on Fathers Day. They advertise they open at 11am on Sundays. Its even posted on their door. We arrived at 11:55am, doors locked. A scraggly looking dude was sitting inside minding his own business. He escaped to the back once he noticed us. What the hell, Thurmans.

Outstanding! The food quality was amazing, dare I say it, even better than the original Thurman Cafe. Get yourself one of Thurmans burgers without the 2-4hr wait for a table, sign me up! (If youve never been to the original, do yourself a favor and go there at least once for the experience!)

Whats sad is Thurmans is so good and there is no reason they couldnt recreate that here on the eastside. Taking a great burger and fries and serving it up soggy in a styrofoam container should be a crime. Thurmans, rather than shut this place down, please give it some love and make it right!
