My boyfriend and I used to come here at least once every weekend. They did redo some of the restaurant to make it more modern. At first the place seemed nice and all the staff seemed good too. BUT, once it hit time for the snowbirds to come down to Florida it obviously got busier on the weekends for breakfast and it definitely had an effect on the wait staff. They are extremely rude, ask you if youre drunk/hungover if you take a second to order, and if you ask to have something on your order changed or added on/left off, youll get the response of "it depend how busy the kitchen is, but Ill see." I get that at this restaurant you seat yourself, but a lot of people dont know that so they should definitely have a sign that says "please seat yourself." Instead, if you walk in looking around because you dont know if youre supposed to sit or wait, the wait staff just rushes by you with an annoyed face, and finally from across the restaurant she will point her fingers at you and say "you, over here!" Like shes calling a military command. Extremely unprofessional. I will never go there again and turn all my friends away from there.OH! and not to mention, the food ALWAYS comes out cold.

First time there referred by a friend of mine. Went in last Saturday to try. And to be honest I was beyond disappointed. It started off with the fact that I had to wait to even get a cup of coffee. We then had to wait even longer for the server to come back I can understand if it was busy...but it wasnt. Afterwards we continued to wait for refills while she was just standing at the counter laughing and joking with the girl who was "cleaning tables" rather than attending to her tables, luckily other servers were there and helped us. Im normally very understanding of the business and know it can be a stressful job but it was too much. The food was delicious and the atmosphere very enjoyable but unfortunately this was my first and most likely will be my last because good service is the key to a good business and it was least to say lacking. When we were ready to leave the check was dropped off without any acknowledgement and when we asked to speak to the owner we were very rudely replied with a "hes not in" in what I would assume was meant to be English it was very hard to tell.

Been there 3 times. Each time was a disaster. Wait staff is not at all friendly. They take forever to bring you a menu or to even get your drink order. Today I went and was not even greeted upon entering, after waiting 5 minutes with a wiggly, hungry toddler in my arms I went to get my own high chair, when I finally did get a menu it was all but ripped out of my hand because it was meant for another table. After 10 minutes, no one had acknowledged me at all and was rude to me so I left without getting to even order anything. I will never go back again. The wait staff needs to get organized. The restaurant wasnt very busy but the waitresses were running around like the place was packed.

If there was a way I could give negative stars on this review I would. I have never met more disrespectful unattentive waitresses in my life nor have I had worse food I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and they put bones in the wrap wilted nasty lettuce and so much stuff that you couldnt taste anything but Heat. My roommate ordered a Mediterranean gyro type wrap and all they put on it was cucumbers nothing else I will never ever return to this place again

Staz Cafe is one of my favorite family dining places. I love it when I go in the restaurant and see all the pictures and themed 70s items. The food is exellent as well as the prices. It is a lovely time spend to go there. The wait is short so you dont have to wait very long for the food. The people there are nice and welcoming. I loce the restaurant.

Worst breakfast experience Ive ever had. OJ was ready to turn. Coffee was aweful Food was terrible also, like it was ready to turn. Service was sub par. Never once were we checked on once after we received our alleged meals. Ive had better food out of a can sincerely. I will NEVER go back to that disgusting place.

My husband an I went to this restaurant and the people there are wonderful very respectful and carrying and the food is so wonderful and taste so great it was a little busy but we did not wait long at all we both said we will come back here all the time

Awesome breakfast specials where you get a lot for the price! Daily soup selection goes well with their delicious sandwiches at lunch. Comfort food offered at dinner which is only served Monday through Friday.
