Worst ever i wouldnt recommend anyone i know to go eat here. Poor customer service. They need to shut this location down. They messed up on my order and when i called to let them know a guy hung the phone up in my face. I called back to see why they hung up and he stated that he has other customers to deal with and dont have time to listen to my complaint. I told him ill be back to return the untouched food and he said good luck trying to get my money back. Worst location ever. I didnt even want to rate them. I never did this before but some people deserve ehats coming. Wont be the last time they hear from me.

The food was ok. Extremely expensive. Got conch and shrimp plater $27. Thats crazy. Not even a full pound of conch. Fries were old and dried out. Ordered a side of seafood rice($6). Rice was dry n it had one piece of imatation crab that had been cut in half, and three small what looked like the canned shrimp you buy that are tiny. How that was priced at $6 dollars I have no clue. $30+ was not worth it. Hooks is a way better place to go to. Same platter $14. And way more bang for your buck. Cooked to order. Will not be eating at snappers again.

Unbelievably rude!! Girl just sat there on her phone for 30 mins while there are 6 cars waiting in line! I ordered my food ahead of time but they did not cook it till i got there! Nasty nets (insect) in my tray. I added a pic of net. Flies around your food and trying to eat your food. Dusty fan sits on top of dessert case (pic of fan). No A/C, extremely hot. I could not wait get out of there. Everything looks outdated and falling apart. I wont be back. Negative stars if I could of.

Good food but very high prices for a small hood store. They allow you to call in an order but they wont start the order until you get there, and dont tell you till you get there. That defeats the whole purpose of calling in an order & also waste time!

I know for a fact that they recook the chicken. I only order the fish, since it is the freshest. Which is normally good, but the prices are too expensive. And the workers talk to you like your crap.
