BEWARE!!!! I you like wings, or any food for that matter, please be forewarned NOT to go to Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW). I like wings, I like them a lot actually, and I had been eagerly awaiting the opening of BWW in Broward Mall. Today, I bypassed the chance of going to any of my customary sports bars to watch football so that I could try out the wings at BWW. I was really hoping that I would not be disappointed. The only really good wings that I have found in Fort Lauderdale have been at Lulus on the beach. Lulus is a long drive from my house and I was hoping to have found a new wing spot a little closer to home. Mind you, I have been thinking about these wings since yesterday and I made sure that I had a light breakfast this morning so that would be super hungry when I arrived. My first impression was good. BWW appeared to be a typical sports bar. It was nicely decorated, packed with people, and had tons of televisions. That was nice and all, but what I was really there for was the wings. Now for the real test... I checked out menu and observed the food coming out the kitchen. The food did not appear very appetizing. (First Sign) Then I requested to taste the ranch. You an usually bank on the fact that if a restaurant has good ranch, they will have good wings. The ranch was absolutely disgusting! (Second Sign) Then my husbands food arrived, a haystack queso burger, more like a heart attack on a plate that tasted like complete crap. I was extremely hungry and after one bite, there is no amount of money anyone could have paid me to take another bite (Third Sign). Finally my wings arrived about 10-15 minutes after his meal. I got half of the wings with the "wild" sauce and the other half with the "Caribbean Jerk" sauce, along with some blue cheese dressing. Let me put it this way, I ate 2 out of 10 wings and did not request a to-go box. All I can say is that this place may be okay to get a drink or watch a game, but I would highly advise going ANYWHERE else to eat. The food is HORRIBLE! I will NEVER eat at BWW again!

It was my first time here. Annnnnd...it sucked...never again will i go back. Beer is outrageously expensive ($6.50) for a Heineken. Im used to paying $4.50-5.25. The wings do not come with a count on the menu so you have to ask how many your getting. It just says snack, small, medium, large (5,10,15,20). At 8pm i ordered my wings (15 spicy garlic) and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to recieve them (45 minutes) so now its 8:45pm two Heineken in ($13). From first glance i could tell they sucked. I get garlic wings all the time so im expecting minced garlic on top. No garlic in sight just some reddish sauce. Ate about 3 of them and ran out of the THREE NAPKINS the waitress gave me to eat WINGS. I politely asked for some more. She never returned with the napkins. I ended up asking the busboy (who was really great by the way im sad to see that he has to work at such a shitty place) and he brought them within 30 seconds. I ended by asking for a box (i dont throw food away) and left the meager of a tip with the bill which i dont even think was deserved. ALL HYPE NO HEAT. CONSUMERS BEWARE.

What a disappointment it has been with this location. I used to be here at least twice a week with my family and the service just started getting worse and worse each time. Very few of their employees have good customer service. My brother did the Blazin hot 12 wing challenge and not only do you pay for your meal, but apparently they do not care to do what it states on the waiver you sign (photo and tshirt). That day Manger Wesley "took down" his information and stated he would give him a call once the shirt was in because they only had smalls at that time and would have to order it. I went back couple weeks later and spoke to another manager.I believe his name was Cliff. Once again he "took his info" and said they would mail it to him once it arrived. I called today and spoke to Wes for the second time and AGAIN he says that the shirt has to be ordered. Same excuse from 2 different managers on separate occasions. So that will be 2 months waiting for a measly shirt and Thats if they even bother ordering it. Regardless, Its the principal at this point!

Last night was the first time I had ever been to a Buffalo Wild Wings. I was excited to try their fried pickles but to my disappointment, they were salty amd the dipping sauce wasnt so great either. I also ordered their sampler in which I was told by our waitress Alyssa that they couldnt substitute onion rings for fries so those went untouched. Overall, this place is great for just drinking and watching sports with your friends. Maybe by the time youre a little buzzed, the food will taste okay. I shouldve tried their wings as opposed to their boneless and super breaded wings that came in the sampler. Our waitress was okay. She did what she was supposed to do. Maybe I expect more than average service though. The hostesses were very friendly and I like everyones sports jerseys as attire. I wouldnt prefer to go there again but it might be worth another try just for the wings next time.

HORRIBLE! the place was 20% full and yet 15 minutes later still wasnt seated, even though 2 parties that were there after us got seated. I asked how come? The answer was "sorry we are in the middle of a shift" when asked how come the others were seated she responds " I cant speak for others I can only speak for myself". Then the guy that I spoke to initially walked up to me and says lets go. I follow him to a table he puts down 6 menus even though I said to adults and 2 kids. When I told him what are all these menus for? There is only 4 of us.. under his breath he says "are you freaking kidding me now? Picks up the menus and proceeds walking towards another section of the restaurant, then stops and looks back at me and says : are you coming or what? He then literally throws the menues on the table and starts moving chairs around. At that point I just decided to walk out.

My friends and I all went for a birthday dinner the manager at the time LIED and said he could not serve us bc we had to be 21 once the sun went down. I went back to pursue the matter with my father the store manager only apologized to my father and offered me a meal worth 20 dollars. I went back to claim my meal the manager that allowed the meal to be free was not there AND they said my name wasnt on the list to get it. When I went back the waitress asked the hostess in front of us how old we were. The place is EXTEREMLY discriminatory. Not to mention once they did serve us they were SLOW and the waitress was VERY rude until I showed we were going to leave a tip. I would never recommend this particular BWW other BWW have great food and service but somebody needs to call channel 10 on these guys bc they are horrible
