I placed an order online for pickup. I was told to pickup at the bar, When I got to the bar there was like 6 employees standing around talking. I waited for almost 10 mins before anyone acknowledge me. The waiter went to the back I guess to get my order. Another 5 mins passed he never came back out. I saw another waiter and I said "Since my order isnt ready can I order a glass of wine?" She was extremely rude and said I dont Know if your order is ready I just got here. I would have to go in the back to check. I said to her if it isnt ready its okay I just wanted to order a glass of wine. She said let me check on your order..5 mins later she came back and said your order will be ready in 1 min. I said "okay can I order a glass of wine again. She turned around and said you want to have a drink for 1 min. I said to her it does not matter if I want to have a drink for 1 min. What does that have to do with me waiting for my order and having wine while I do so. This Olive garden employee had the balls to say to me that I am just trying to educate you on having a drink while your order will be ready in 1 min. By that point I lost it!! I do not play the race card at all but as soon as she said that I knew for a fact that my ethnicity had something to do with it. Her whole demeanor to me from the beginning was rude! When the MGR came he was no better at all!! Not until I asked for corporate information did he try to show some kind of remorse. I could not believe that they have signs "Wine while you wait" and when I simply asked for a glass of wine, I was treated like this!!! I never complained about waiting before someone acknowledge me, I never complained about having to wait for an order that I placed well in advance. I simply asked for a glass of wine while Im waiting and your employee had the nerve to say "she is trying to educate me" For such a big company I would figure you would educate your employees better than that! This waiter do not no who I am or what type of education I have. She just profiled me!

FROZEN CHICKEN!? I haven’t been to Olive Garden in a very long time and recently 6 of us decided to go. Wow did their food really hit rock bottom. Three of us ordered chicken dishes; the chicken Alfredo had what looked like chicken jerky, very stringy and dry and very bad cuts of chicken I would call the chicken they put on the plate as inedible even for fast food. The other two chicken dishes had a full "grilled" breast and vegies - the chicken was very thin and flat (but not on purpose like in a sautéed dished) and 100% dry – imagine the turkey from National Lampoons Christmas vacation that was our chicken! So we politely sent our chicken back. A few minutes later new chicken arrived - granted not dry and it looked moist, but moist like they put the chicken in a dish of water and microwaved it. After tasting the new chicken it was very bouncy, and had no fresh chicken texture or flavor it reminded me of poor quality frozen chicken you would get in a cheap frozen dinner and I didnt come her for a TV dinner. I called the manager over and asked her if their chicken was frozen and she said yes but they defrost it. I said I cant believe a place like this uses prepackaged frozen chicken, the chicken at Chick Fill A fast food is 100% better. She said due to the volume of people they cant use fresh chicken---wow! I’m sorry I have been to restaurants just as busy as and busier than the OG and they serve FRESH food! It takes about 9 to 11 minutes to grill a thick chicken breast and I would say about 5 minutes to grill the size of one they tried to serve. So in the end none of us ate our meals, they did take it all off the bill. When Olive Garden starts using fresh food I may try it again but until then there are plenty of places that serve the same food only way better! (The Chicken alfredo at Outback is better and fresh chicken and so is the Chicken Alfredo at the Grand Lux)

Theres this older lady whos Caucasian and a little heavy built. She made me and my two friends feel uncomfortable by how she was conversing with us. We were trying to organize a table for a party of 13-15 people. And once I confirmed who I was and reminded her of whats going on. Shes tells me "ok have a seat" in a tone that sounded more aggressive than friendly.. Me, a little thrown off by that quickly asks how long do you think the wait is and she kinda just stares at us for a couple seconds and then turns away to talk to her co-worker without politely excusing herself. We found that rude as well. And then finally after all that she basically told me they have a table ready but she needs to see at least ten people. We eventually just left because another friend found a nearby Applebees which had a table ready for us with ease. I was never crazy about Olive Garden but that made it official. Out of 3 of my friends there, 2 of us were black, and one white and we all felt a racist vibe from that lady.

POOR EXPERIENCE last night! Will not return. First off, the wait - I get it, last day of school everyone is dining out. 2nd - waiter takes 25 minutes to return each time and forgets our requests. Made the whole dining 2.5 hours long. I get up to check and the servers are counting tips in a group at the bar. 3rd - food was so cold by the time we got them that the sauce on the pasta alfredo solified, the pasta itself hardened, fries were limp as if they were 1 day old, and steak was rock solid (Med-Rare). 4th - Food was salty! Waiter said sorry but did not offer replacement. Very disappointed since we visit at least once per month.

About a year ago, my sister and I came to this location for dinner (I think to order to go) and we sat at the bar waiting for someone to take our order, and we were literally ignored for about 30-45 minutes. However, I have made many trips back to this location and definitely have to say that their service has certainly stepped up! Two ladies helped me out with my To go order tonight and were extremely patient and sincere. Abby and Krystal definitely deserve a huge thank you. I advised the manager, Mary, and she was very happy to hear of this. For sure I recommend this location!!! :) thanks Olive Garden!

Service was just OK. She seemed to be disappointed when we didnt want a glass of wine. My wife an I get the same thing every time, five cheese baked zity and a tour of Italy. The salad had so much dressing it was very hard to eat along with the old lettuce and big clumps in it. Baked Zity was extremely dry and had to ask for extra sauce twice along with the tour being very small portions. The lasagna was mushy. Talked to a friend that went there a couple of days before and said their food was terrible also. We will not go back to this location again......
