I was VERY disappointed. Ive been going for years to this store, today when I walked in the garbage was literally everywhere.. overflowing out of the garbage can. 2 very rude employees didnt even greet me and saw me standing there for about 5 minutes. Everyone makes mistakes, but the girl made 4 smoothies before I said I ordered before these other people and she said well sorry! When she gave me my order she never apologized or as much even look at me. I rather go to another place before I come back to this store.

The reason i gave a 2 star is because the smoothie was excellent and the place was clean. Everything else was awful.Called to place my order and still had to wait 20minutes to get it because they said i never called so i had to show them thr call list on my phone. I asked for no cheese on a buffalo chicken wrap and they put cheese on it and left out the buffalo sause and they even forgot the chips that went with the meal. This is the 3rd time they have messed up. I will no longer go back after 3 mess ups

Horribly under staffed. It should not take over 30 minutes to wait in line, order and get a smoothie. the 2 employees staffed were working so hard to fill all the orders, where was the manager?! I would have called in but to help everyone in line they had to leave someone on hold for at LEAST 10 minutes. This is the second time I was late coming back from lunch because of this problem. I wont make that mistake a third time.

I arrived 5 minutes before they closed, and the open sign was still on . Okay I understand the inconvenience of arriving that close to closing bit the open sign was still on . I walked in and the guy said we are closed but obviously the time that was on the window said 9 but he refused my service because it was just too inconvenient for him I guess. Terribly sorry I wont be so inconvenient next time.

Went in around 6:45 pm, no one at the counter. Waited, nothing. Store closes at 9:00 pm, no excuse not to have anyone attending the front. Probably for the best, place had a moldy, wet, like garbage had been left out smell. Tropical Smoothie is awesome, this store leaves a lot to be desired. #Disappointed.

While the smoothies taste good and the wraps are good, the service itself sucks. They took way too long to make a smoothie... I was late to work due to them taking 15 minutes for a smoothie. My food took less time. And 10 dollars even with a coupon. Tropical smoothie all around is rough .

Seems like every time im in there they have completely different and inexperienced staff? High turn over rate? Ive never had bad service but sometimes it seems like the staff is lost. Usually very clean dining area and it looks like they may have just done a slight remodel.

I ordered a Hummus Veggie Wrap and they put cheese in it. I threw up right after I started eating it. I dont eat cheese and its not even an ingredient in that particular wrap. Disgusting. How dare they.
