We just ordered Pepper Steak & Sweet & Sour Pork Combo platters and wonder why we havent ordered from here sooner! The fried rice was amazing...very clean fresh & whole/real food tasting like home-cooked & the fried wontons were certainly the best Ive ever had. They are my new favorite...chives & it seemed like real crab with the cream sauce (not the yellow-ish one) again my FAVORITE. I will be back to let you know about my eggroll. I had to stop in the middle of my meal to rave because I really like it alot. I will eat here every time we want this kind of food delivery <3 edit: ok, yess, my favorite eggrolls. Im impressed.

Placed order for delivery, they got the address wrong but still found it, however they also got a lot of the order wrong; some of it was stale, the crab Rangoon tasted off and the spare ribs came as mostly fat pieces, and they argued about how I had ordered when they didnt get the special instructions for the rice and called back. There is a great Chinese place across the street and I normally order from there but they were closed labor day, next time Ill wait a day.

This restaurant has potential with its location and decor. Small and very limited buffet. The food was not fresh even in the middle of the lunch rush. There was no discernable tast or visual difference between the bourbon chicken and general tsos chicken. Most everything was tastless. Either poor recipes or poor execution are to be blamed for an overall bad experiance. Couldnt sample the mongolian grill as it is only offered during dinner service.

Best General Tsos I have had. We always get take-out and everything tastes anazing. They are always on time, and are very polite. The hot and sour soup has meat (including shrimp) instead of tofu. I imagine the low ratings were given by people who wanted a more extensive buffet like the low-rate place on 49th street. I have recommended Hoa Wah to many friends, and they agree. If you want quality over quantity, this place is great.

I left without eating... When the owner asked why I expressed to him that there was no variety and the food looked uninviting... He then stated that it was only 7.95. I then explained to him that for four cents more I can drive to Big Apple Buffet and get so much more. If you havent been to Big Apple Buffet do yourself a favor and treat yourself the food is fresh and delicious the variety is outstanding without emptying your wallet.

I just ordered a Wonton Soup from here and I have to say it was the absolute worst I have ever had. The broth tasted like hot water there were hardly any chives.... total waste of money I did not really have to spend in the first place. The even better part is that the guy came to deliver it and had no change at all, so I had to call the back to pay over the phone with my bank card.

My favorite restaurant by far. Friendly staff, the best food Ive ever had from a buffet from anywhere, the greatest selection for chinese food around, very neat and orderly atmosphere. The price is very reasonable even for groups. Ive gone here nearly every week for almost my entire life and theyve only gotten better at everything. Ill always come back.

First time there yesterday. Waitress could have expressed more pleasantries and awareness of language. Food and available soup bowls good. Male Chinese cashier made no visible eye contact and showed no sign of appreciation. So if you can eat and pay no attention to staff unfriendly nature then go ahead. Price may seem just under $1 too much at lunch.

Obviously Dale in the earlier review did not go there the night I was there. I have been to many buffets but none as bad as this. I was having a good time and enjoying the food. The only thing "fresh" in this restaurant was the roach at the table!!! Yes I said ROACH!!! DISGUSTING!!!!

the food was disgusting. we ordered general tso and crab ragoons. my boyfriend took a bite of some chicken and it was all fat. the crab ragoons were bland. I was very disappointed and we didnt even finish our food. the people were nice when we ordered...oh... and there was no fortune in my fortune cookie

Tried them for a late lunch and the rkce was dried out and so was the chicken the egg rolls were way too salty and the server reached over my friend eating to take a plate my husband when he was still eating its pretty sad when the only thing eatable was the salad

If you order take out make sure you tell them you dont have silverware they will not give you any unless you ask for it. Not going to order from them again. Couldnt even tell you if my soup is good and my pork fried rice isnt easy to eat with my fingers

Food was not warm...Much less hot! Not much cold selection. Food not occasionally stirred...Old and dried out on top and edges. Noodles over cooked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! No Mongolian grill at lunch...No sushi. Very disappointed.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT! It was nice and clean. Great customer service and great lunch specials. The food was very tasty and they gave large portions. I am definitely going back, and I would definitely recommend this place.

went there yesterday for lunch, food wasnt that bad but there was very little choice., I wanted fruit after but there was only pineapple and orange slices. Would not recommend this restaurant. Service was pretty good.

Always friendly people. We come here alot and get the buffet for lunch or the Mongolian BBQ for dinner. The BEST Chinese food in the area. Great food, desserts and super nice people. Will definitely be back.

This is some of the worst Chinese food I have ever had. I took one but out of the generals tzo chicken and had to spit it out. The supposed "duck sauce" made me want to vomit. I will never eat from here again

The cooks do what they do best and cook for you as if cooking for family. Vietnamese and Chinese mized food in one restaurant. What a great idea!!!
