Might just be a cultural thing but not very welcoming. I tried to explain what I wanted and she said she understood, but got it wrong. Then, the cook tried to force feed me the wrong order to show that it was yummy. I declined and we tried again to get what I wanted. I told her what I wanted again and she said ok. She then went into a freezer and with her bare hands pulled out some wooden skewers with frozen red "meat" (teriyaki chicken) on them and dropped them into the fryer. I was a bit mortified. My order was finally ready and correct so I got home and started eating the chicken skewers. Each piece I attempted to eat was a different color on the inside; red, brown, white. The shrimp fried rice was terrible and the shrimp were mangled. I will not be going here again. This reminded me why I do not visit Chinese food restaurants.

You get what you pay for! had an order for delivery and was quoted 45-50 mins and it arrived 1 hour 25 mins later, everything was cold, drinks where hot, and i was missing my appetizer order of wontons. Also the delivery driver was very unprofessional looking and unsanitary to be seen and when i questioned him he basically said i dont care call the restaraunt. When i did i was placed on hold after telling the person whom answered while he yelled at people in the background and was told they could bring them out 45-50 mins again. I wanted a refund on my wontons only and was told no. Will NOT do business with them again. Poor customer service, poor food, and unprofessional employees. No thanks. Eater beware....

"Dont Waste your Money" I had problems with my order being uneatable in the past. I came back recently but not to my surprise the chicken was not eatable. It was overcook and dried. I called and the owner had a rude tone and he would not give me my money back. I went to the restaurant and he started raising his tone of voice in front of customers. I felt embarrassed as a woman specially because my children where there. This man was disrespecting me in front of my children. I would not support a business owner with this kind of attitude. I am certainly not coming back and would not recommended any one to come to such a hostile place.

Very disrespectful. The first time I ordered food here, the guy was very rude to me. He raised his voice at me because I couldnt understand him due to his heavy accent. I let that one go. The second time I ordered gee he told me it would be fifteen minutes because the employees, including himself, was on lunch break. So I had to wait until they were done eating. Ill never bring my family here again nor will I ever give them any business again

Ordered delivery last night. I was not disappointed in anything. They warned me that it would be a little bit of a wait. Hey, I moved here from DC where a restaurant could be closer but still take longer. friendly delivery person. Food is very good and the rice is "real" rice not the quick kind that has no texture or flavor. You may wander why rice is important but if you get a spicy dish, the rice is important to control the heat.

Hole in the wall Chinese restaurant, TV is always on Chinese news station, Big American Flag on the wall, Fresh made to order, total inside seating 12 with 3 tables, outside 2 with 1 table, on occasion the owner will gift doughnuts or dumplings, patrons mainly Sacred Heart nurses, Pensacola State College Students, and others who have stumbled across this secret. .

The Food is Great!! HAve you ever seen that episode of spongebob where the food critic comes into the Krusty Krab and he talks about how the atmosphere isnt the greatest and neither is the service BUT... the food is freaking great. That is how I feel about this restaurant. It is SO GOOD!!!!

Wouldnt deliver food because 5 miles was "too far to deliver". I was told 3-4 miles is how far they would deliver. Jogging distance. This was either a lie by the employee on the phone or a poorly constructed business model on what constitutes as " delivery" for a consumer option.

I switched to this take out because they had actual fried rice, not yellow rice, like the other two up 9th ave. Well, theyve started using yellow rice, and also gyp you on the rice/meat proportions of the combo dinners. Food is decent, but Im irritated.

The owner is incredibly rude (bald chubby guy)! I would not recommend this place to anyone simply because the customer service sucks. Take your business to Chen s Kitchen down the street. They are a lot more friendly.

Place and the people working for them look nasty and dirty. Good food, but cant get past the dirty looking people. Slow delivery, forget utensils, and didnt give me my whole order! I will never order from them again!
