First of all let me say we are fans of ruby tuesday restaurants overall but this location doesnt measure up to the usual standards of this chain. The staff was indifferent at best where normally they are extremely friendly and pleasant. 2 of the 3 drink orders at our table were incorrect and when pointed out the server seemed quite annoyed to make the correction. The food wasnt terrible but just wasnt as good as we have had at other stores in the chain. One of my favorite dishes on the menu is the spaghetti squash but it came out as an overcooked glob of mush. A burger that was ordered as medium was barely cooked to rare. Overall just not what we expect from rubys. This location wont see us back.

I like this place. Great for when youre driving for a long time cause of a road trip. They really have it down. Great food, the lobster tails are awesome. Had amazing service , our waitress , brittaney(or Brittany, I forget again) was really cool, she was nice and thoughtful. She should get a raise(like seriously if more people were like her awesome). We had a great conversation with her about stuff. But yeah, overall great experience. Ribs are good, the chocolate layer cake is the bomb. Yall have it down good. So anyone thinking about going here, for some American food and just good choices , a cool salad bar and really nice people who serve you, go here.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The salmon was grilled to perfection. Flaky and full of flavor. Even the vegys were cooked to perfection. The best restaurant meal Ive had in many years. The ambience was welcoming and most importantly, to me, I didnt have to shout to be heard across the table. The restaurant was full of patrons but the tables were far enough apart to give each party some intimacy. Even the music that was playing was just loud enough to be heard but not intrude in the table conversations. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this restaurant and will eat here again when I return in a few months. Thank you

Ruby Tuesday has gone through a revolution of sorts over the past few years. From new decor and menus, to the various trendy food options and coupons that flood my inbox, Ive had my fair share of their food. This location is convenient to I-10 with plenty of parking. Its always been clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Its a chain, so expect what youd find at other locations: good burgers, a great salad bar, and cold beer. They have other stuff too, but thats all I ever get.

I had a horrible experience!!! Paid almost $13 dollars for a chicken sandwhich that was smaller than the palm of my hand and some nasty fries. The waitress had an attitude as well. I asked if one of the menu items came with queso and she said no it was extra. Didnt say how much extra. I assumed it was only a few extra dollars more. Get the check and they charged $8 almost $9 for a tiny bowl of horrible queso. Also the quesadillas I order came to me cold. I will NEVER go back.

Only rate it a one because we were seated right of way. That was expected since they didnt appear busy by the cars in the parking lot and the server standing around. Once we were seated, not one of the four servers came to greet us after sitting there for at least ten minutes. Maybe this is an issue for the "managing partner Teresa Cody" to look into. Military discount or not, wont go back and were local and will share our experience with others.

Can you say incredible salad bar with beets? I can. The salad bar makes the place. Here in Florida its hot and the salad bar is great. You can pile your plate with healthy choices that wont weigh you down. They also have a fantastic hamburger too. My dad loved them and you know if a man likes it its good. The atmosphere is good too. Lots of parking and they have curb side service too.

Its nice to find a place in the south that serves grilled food as opposed to all deep fried food, as well as an excellent salad bar. We ordered the bourbon chicken, and the chicken fresco and both were excellent. The prices are high but if you dont mind spending the money, this place is the place to go for excellent service and delicious food.

Service was fantastic. Food was mediocre and a bit pricey, but it is a franchise. I had one cocktail and from the lack of effect I dont think I would be pushing it saying that their alcohol is watered down. I wont return to this specific location or refer. You want good American cuisine in that area, go across the street to Sonnys Barbecue.

Great food, excellent service, salad bar was really good and even had delicious homemade tasting potato salad and Im fussy about potato salad. I had steak who h was cooked perfectly. Manager was interested in how we were enjoying our food.I will definitely go back.Prices were good but they send mailing frequently for buy one get half off.!

Terribly Mismanaged--you walk in and there is no one to greet or seat you. We had to wait for someone leaving the kitchen before a waitress came out to the front entrance. We had a lousy experience two years ago, and we decided to try them again .... and nothing has changed. Ruby Tuesday at this location is not worth going to.

Excellent! I had the chicken Bella - it was amazing! And the cheese cake was out of this world! JD was our server and he was fun, polite, and had a good knowledge of the menu. He made recommendations well and knew what sides would go well with the entree.

The Double Decker Chicken is a-mazing. Two grilled chicken breasts with musrooms, bacon and Asiago cheese. Service great and prompt. Loved it, shared with my partner and took some home.
