(Old) I eat here like 3 times a week. Great service, great staff, and great food. Updated review for 2017. Went from 5 star to two. Let me start off by saying the servers (bar) here are like family and are top notch. I have no issues with service or staff at this location. Over the last year this place has gone down hill. The bar area always smells like old mop water and really had me questioning the cleanliness of the place. Prices continue to go up and they have begun nickel and diming over things like cups of ranch and even the boats they bring for bones. The straw that broke the camels back occurred last week when a roach scurried out of the drink menu on our table. Me and 3 friends immediately got up and left. I will not be returning to this location. I used to come here 3 + times a week and it was my favorite restaurant. I have a lot of great memories here and it used to be a fantastic hang out. But I can no longer recommend it. The only reason it has two stars is the servers. I will miss them!

Our family arrived at BWW at 6:00 and we were told it would be an hour wait. So after sitting outside in the 50° weather for an hour and a half because they didnt have "room" for us inside we then began asking "okay how much longer?". Finally after two hours of waiting to be seated the manager came out and asked if we would like to eat outside. And we replied "No we would like a table inside that we were promised over an hour ago." So basically after being told we could either eat outside in the cold or leave we decided we would take our business elsewhere. I have never been to BWW before and I made it very clear to the "manager" that I would not be coming back. This guy was so unprofessional I have no clue how he ever gained a management position... It kind of makes you wonder what that says about the rest of the staff. Long story short 1 star is beyond generous in my opinion.

Dear Buffalo Wild Wings employees of Spring Hill, Being in the food service industry, your income is directly affected by your work ethic, attitude, and people skills. Please keep this in mind the next time and each time you address a customer who has chosen to spend their hard earned money in your establishment. The amount of your tip is a direct result of the above mentioned qualities. This goes for the management as well. Your employees are a reflection of your managerial abilities. Very poor service, very poor management and the food is below "meh". Today was the final straw. We will never ever go back to this location. Was seated and order taken right away-which was VERY unusual for them. 35 minutes later, no food, no service. Neither mgt nor the server came by explaining the back up. We walked out. Before leaving I spoke to the Mgr and explained that we have waited 35 minutes with no food or service and we will never darken the door step again. his response..ok. have a nice day."

Atmosphere The place was great i went during dinner (5-6pm) place was pretty busy but love the bar atmosphere, T.V.s everywhere and love the option to play a game while i am waiting on my food. Service Service was great i was greeted promptly, sat down, and a drink was brought to my table in just a couple minutes. Refills were prompt as well. Food I tend to always order wings because "hey, its Buffalo Wild Wings" for a reason right? This time i ordered the Nacho Burger, it was great with the season potato wedges.

I used to work at BWW and let me just say I know what its like to have a crappy night as a server but I think 8 out of 10 times the service is horrible. First of all 15 minutes to come take a drink order then rude, dismissive, and a complete disregard for customer service. Then we tell the manager on duty and he laughs and smiles and says okay. Yeah if you like terrible customer service and management and an I dont care attitude then this is definitely the place for you.

Every time I have been in there the wait staff seems like theyre more worried about looking pretty than they are actually giving good customer service. Waitress offered if we wanted an appetizer queso and chips I said yes when they brought it it was nacho cheese chili with onions and tomatoes in it when I told her it is not what I thought she did not care. Ive been there twice and gotten the same results both times not impressed will not go back again.

This Buffalo Wilds Wings was not a good experience for me. There were waiters playing with infants at other tables instead of taking my order. They did not tell me that my drink wasnt refillable and took forever to come to my table and ask if i wanted another one or a different drink. I ended up asking for one of the many waiters that should have been working and i eventually got another drink. Overall, service and waiting was bad.

Love it :) dont know what the person belows talking about but food is amazing service is excellent Im always leaving happy place is always clean. Football is awesome to watch here. Games on tv are awesome if you are positive then the service you get will be positive. Definitely my favorite place to come kick back and have an awesome time.

Place is clean with a nice sports oriented atmosphere. Lots of big screen TVs everywhere you look. Staff was friendly if a bit "by the numbers". Still, definitely adequate. Food is good and beer was cold. I feel that the prices here are slightly higher than the quality warrants, but not overly so.

Not the fastest service Ive ever received, but to compensate- the bill has always been "discounted" in some way to offset the severe frustration of slow service. The place serves a lot of fried food- Awful if youre on a diet, but great if youre into tasty indulgence.

First Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever ate at and I will definitely be dining at another one in the future. Comfortable and inviting environment. The bathrooms are unbelievably clean. The staff are always on the ball and service is quick. Wonderful place that I love.

Had a great experience at BWW in Spring Hill. The food was great, the drinks were even better! Our waitress, Tammy, was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficiant! We always ask for her, best server theyve got, by far!

Terrible service. We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order. No one every came to the table, so we ended up leaving. To make it worse, waitresses were in and out of the area and never once acknowledge us.

Food is what you expect from a BWW. The service here is hit or miss. Sometimes its been excellent other times not so much. If your looking for a place to have a beer and chill then come here if your not in a hurry.

There is constantly sports on, gotta love it, and the Cheese Curd Bacon Burger.... No words to explain how incredible it was. Overall Buffalo Wild Wings is a great place, service is amazing(as well as the food).
