This place needs new staff! I went in on Sunday to order a sandwich and because I am pregnant I can not eat deli meat so I asked for a Swiss cheese sandwich with a few croquetas. The girl that was helping me comes out with a sandwich packed with meat and all sorts of items I didnt ask for so I politely tell her that I didnt ask for that and if she could make me another sandwich the way I asked, oh boy. She went in the back with the double doors wide open speaking in spanish(which I speak and understand) stating to the others that its my fault that its going to waste and that now I ask for a specific sandwich and it went on and on. i ended up just leaving the store. I will never go back again. I have been going to the Vecky by the Walmart just a few minutes down since I was a kid and Ive never had such disrespect. Continue hiring young disrespectful people and I see this place closing by next year.

Get Ready to learn Spanish, the staff does not even come close to try to understand what a "meat pastry is" if you are not fluent they will make you feel like you are just taking up their time. And the food feels old sometimes, almost as if they threw it in the microwave right before they gave it to you. I has a meat pastry that smelled foul one time and tried getting a refund, I took it back as proof.. the lady didnt even apologize, she just said "what you want" in spanish and yeah I had to ask another customer to translate because it appears that none speaks English in there. Needless to say Im not shopping there anymore.

This is my second time doing business with Vickys bakery, On Friday May 20th we ha a wedding cake delivered , it was delivered on time and very beautiful. Tony was awesome and very professional. The cake was beautifully decorated and the set up was done quickly. I will definitely use Vickys Bakery for my business again and will certainly recommend this business. Thanks Tony and Vickys Bakery

I love the food but they are the worst staff. They have a line, 3 people behind the counter but only one helping everyone. The others were too busy with a personal conversation. Then you cannot speak any!!!! English, really. I dont know about other stores but this one isnt good at all. Needs new staff!!

Cuban pastries are very good. The beef and chicken empanadas are savory but sometimes are not warm, so dont forget to ask them to re-heat them. Birthday cakes are moist and delicious. There is breakfast and sandwiches. One of the best bakeries in West Pembroke Pines. Prices are reasonable.

I I ordered a midnight sandwich how hard can it be to make them, but they messed it up. All I got was two slices of ham with one slice of pork and so much mustard it was just dripping off of the sides it was also barely toasted officially it is the worst midnight sandwich Ive ever had

Theyre the real deal. Fresh pastries and breakfast food. The Café con Leche is addicting. Owners are great people. Staff is on the ball, fast, and friendly. Dont ever change!!!
