I waited easily ten minutes at the drive through window before even being acknowledged and once I was acknowledged, the man was near impossible to understand. That was just the beginning. Once I got to the window it took another five minutes just to get the food. When I finally got the food, it nearly fell out of the bag because it was so poorly packaged. I wish that was the end of it, but once I got home and opened it, the meal looked horrendous. I ordered a chicken breast platter with a caeser salad and corn. The salad had maybe two leaves of romaine lettuce (at least I hope it was romaine) and a tomato wedge. Its sad they consider that a salad. Thats a meal for a baby turtle. Not only was it nearly non existent, it was tossed around by poor packaging. I somehow managed to take a bite of the chicken, despite being completely grossed out by its appearance, and it was extremely salty. To top it off, the rolls were stale and hard as rocks. A huge waste of money and a huge mistake to go there. Needless to say, I will never go there again. I wouldnt mind this place turning into a garbage dump. It would be an improvement.

I have never written a review, but I think people should know. I live close and often need a quick stop to grab some food. Been at this PT many times and 90% of them my experience has been negative. Today the clerk was obviously not in mood. I asked for corn, I got rise. When I politely asked for corn, the young fella literally threw the dish at me. Past time, I order chicken salad, I get salad with no chicken??? Tables are always dirty, place is never clean. I understand this is not the highest paid job out there, but if you have agreed to do it, you should do it right... Unfortunately these employees are not Japanese neither German to understand this work ethic..

Horrrrrrible!!!!!!!! No lo recomiendo, vi un empleado entrar y salir del baño con los guantes puestos y asi se incorporó a la cocina, peor no pudo ser... 04/20/2016 alrededor de las 7:40pm.... Very unsanitary. I saw an employee (African American) leave the kitchen, go into the bathroom and come out of it wearing his kitchen rubber gloves, which he never took off, and then proceeded to continue preparing food, even picking up a piece of chicken with the same gloves he had on when he went to the bathroom.

Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. We’re there around 7pm 9/26. Not one person inside in line yet the drive through was a 20 minute wait. When we got to the window, the 2 girls at the window were playing around together and laughing. Seriously not the way to act professional and when I said something her reply was “oh the lines been long all day, that’s not my fault.” Playing around at the window and ignoring customers is completely uncalled for.

For a fast food restaurant, this is just ok. As a born and bred Latino I expected the flavors to be a little more on the savory side. I ordered the rice and beans with roast pork and maduros (sweet banana). The sweet banana was perfect, everything else not so much. I may visit one more time at a different time and a different location but this isnt a place I would jump at an opportunity to go to.

One of the worst Pollo locations Ive been to. The restaurant was extremely dirty even though there was someone walking around cleaning up the salsa bar, she didnt look interested in picking up the garbage that was everywhere. I had a pork tropichop which was flavorless and watery. I would definitely avoid this location in the future.

The food is good, but when you go through drive thru they always forget something. I went today and ordered the quesadilla chicken salad. They forgot to put the quesadilla. How does that even happen? If this wasnt the only Pollo Tropical in the area I wouldnt be going.

Horrible... ordered chicken Caesar salad. Lettuce was old. And I also ordered a quarter leg, look like they gave me a cooked RAT... DISGUSTING!!! WENT THERE FOR MY BREAK DEFINITELY WONT EVER RETURN. The chicken really creeped me out. Dont deserve the one star!

Service was quick, food was OK, and salsa bar was decent. They gave us an old piece of bread with one of our meals. They did change it once told, but disappointed that they didnt notice sooner. If you are in a rush to get rice and beans this place is OK.

No credit card on that day ,cash only after 4 times they try using my debit card, they were open for business but not ready to charge using credit cards ,they told you at cashier only ,cash only so be prepare just in case.

Every time I go to this location, the service is horrible, my order is never correct, and the portions are small. The chicken on my recent Tropichop wasnt even cooked properly and felt chewy and raw. Gross

Im a Tropi-Chop fan, yellow rice, vegetables, chicken, all in a bowl. Served at a reasonable price with a huge salsa bar at your disposal. Its not fine dining but Ive never had a bad meal there.

Drive thru is horrendous, the guy taking the orders was rude and got an attitude while im placing my order. Cost per person I never found out guy just tells me to pull up to Window not satisfied.
