Stopped in last night for a meal with my wife. First let me say that the service is the only reason I am giving 2-stars. Our server was great. On to the food. I ordered the Double Decker Chicken, Baked Potato and Garden Salad. The best part of the meal was the Salad. The cheese sauce on the chicken tastes like it was from a can and VERY grainy. The Baked Potato was over cooked to the point I could not eat it. My wife ordered the Chicken Fresco, Baked Potato and Garden Salad. The Salad was the best part of her meal. The Potato was over cooked as well. The chicken was underwhelming. I doubt that we will be giving thus restaurant another chance. If we do I will update/edit my review.

I have been going here for years and love the salad bar and the service is great...But...in the last few months it has gone downhill as far as cleanliness. The floors in the bathroom and in front of the salad bar are always sticky....and the place smells like they have wiped the tables with a dirty rag..also.. even though there are only a few customers. .the salad bar containers are usually empty of many items..even though there are employees just standing around talking to each other.I dont write bad reviews often..but I do not want to see this place close down..but if they keep this up..it wont be long :(

I received a coupon in the mail and took it only a couple of weeks later and management refused to honor it because it had expired the day before (which, most stores still will), and then the service was not so great from the waitress either. Maybe Im just used to the service Id received at other locations, but I cant rate this at any more than two stores because of the stark difference of service at this or any other place Ive been to. Then a week later I received the exact same coupon that they wouldnt honor before.

Its been years since Ive been to a Ruby Tuesdays as the one in my hometown closed. Ordered the Cajun ribeye with baked potato and garden bar. The steak was cooked perfectly; very tender and juicy and lots of flavor. The garden bar had a great selection of fresh ingredients to choose from. Will return when back in town.

Ive been there multiple times and the food is ok. I had a bad experience with their vegetable soup, the vegetables were cold. The broth was at room temperature and tasted like crab boil.
