26 Feb 2017. Around 7:15m I went there. I dining in alone. Asked for a sit at the bar but wasnt any open chairs that was fine. Got a sit beside it. For next 15mins no one server approached my table. The restaurant wasnt busy there were a hand of folks, but more than enougb servers. The lady at bar (Staci) was working her but off, finally she saw me an acknowledgemy present. She said be right with. Mean time the manager, white lady with glasses was Smiling in the other guy face just flirting with him like she was in the club or bar. This was happening right in front of me. The female manager later changed the Tv to the Oscars and just sat her happy self down like she was at home, and continued her conversation with this gentleman. Just smiling all in his face and etc. Not once did she check me or any of the other patrons. She walked past my table several times. The salad bar was low on items, the bartender was still working her but off. I wasnt impressed with this Ruby Tuesday. I wont be returning ever again.

Ate at this location in Nov 2014 and Jan 2015 during lunch time (neither times were extremely busy). Both times the food was good (though in Nov, one plate of food was over priced for the serving that was given, that meal wasnt a cheap one either and what we got was extremely tiny), the servers were nice, talkative and payed attention to our refills and answered any questions. A plus, they will make sure they bring childrens food out once its ready vs wait until the entire tables food has been finished...a big plus since kids get hungry very quickly and they can have hot food. Our visit in Jan was good, food was hot, cooked right and server was very friendly and attentive. Our only downside this trip was the male bathrooms were disgusting, thankfully the females was clean that way the little ones could use it. The food does rack up a bill quickly though, they have cheaper options however so it can work w/ your budget if you do it right. All in all we like it.

Average customer experience 1 hr? Not this time. We were their for a total of 3 hrs, with 2 toddlers. First, we didnt even get offered drinks for the first 15 min of us sitting down. We were told our server didnt know that we were his table, yada yada.20 min after a different server took our drinks, our actually server took our order for food. My wife ordered a seafood dish, I ordered the 3 piece appetizer and the kids had Mac and cheese. My appetizer took 20 min, my wifes seafood another 10, and came out cold. We were never asked for refills, never asked if we needed anything, none of your basic server courtesies. All the while wrangling up our toddlera. Honestly, Ruby Tuesdays, you guys need to better train your staff. There was a total of 8 people eating tonight, for a place for a quick bite to eat at sit down location, 3 hrs was atrocious.

I have Celiac disease and it is scary business to go out to eat with dietary restrictions; especially life threatening ones. My family and I were celebrating a special occasion and decided to choose this location to have dinner. We had the pleasure of having Chris as our server and Christina as the manager on duty. I have to say I have never been treated with such diligence and care regarding my restrictions. When/if Chris didnt have an answer for me, he had no problem asking Christina and Christina personally advised the kitchen crew of the precautions that needed to be taken. She also took time to look up additional options for me and both made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. Thank you to you both! You are now my go to place for a real gluten free burger with a bun!

Went to Ruby Teusday tonight to have diner with my grand daughter and husband. The service was extremely slow. It almost took us 30 min to get our food. The food was a little cold but excusable. My grandaughter got her food 15 minutes after I did. When her food finaly came....my grand daughter didnt want it because she was already full from eating mine. All my grand daughter ordered were corn dogs...seriously....how long does it take to warm up 2 corn dogs. I made a complaint to the manager of this ordeal in its entirety. The manage discarded the corn dogs only and apologized. Im not only mad about the corn dogs coming out late, i am angry over the fact that the manager did not consider the overall experience as being sub par.

At there 2day and i gotta say i was disappointed for many lil reasons but they seemed to add up. There s no ceaser dressing, we came for lunch and they dont even serve lunch on weekends, everything was 10$ or up ( its suppose to b a casual American dinning restaurant) the grapes and even the salad was warm, the waitress was good but I remember ruby Tuesdays in FL to b a nice cheap place to eat and man we jus wont b going here again. Even the music was pop n Im jus use to relaxing music at rubys. I was very disappointed at the place.

absolutely the worse service. Went for uncles dinner party and ordered a steak cooked median-rare. Came out cooked well and which later realized the order was mistaken for someone else and then not even receive the second side dish I requested win my main entree. Finely got the order corrected but by that time everyone else at the table was finished eating. Manager of the restaurant took care of the entree but felt like it could of been handled better. Itll be a long time ever coming back to this place.

The staff was great. Very nice and professional. Our server Jazz was amazing. The food was good and cooked well. I cant give 5 stars due to pricing, its a little high compared to other chains. Can feed my family of 3 for cheaper even when going to other restaurants like Outback or Texas Roadhouse. Its a solid place with smiling faces and annoy so crowed atmosphere. Good place to go overall. What makes the place shine is the service!

Wow I cant believe the bad reviews. The food was excellent-I am hard to please in a restaurant and I had the Low Country Shrimp and Grits and my friend had a very nice Pork chop. In my community we have an OCharleys, Logans and an Applebees. None of them can match Ruby Tuesday. Its not over loud, plenty of servers, and CLEAN. If Ruby Tuesday was in town the others would have a hard time keeping their customers!

The atmosphere is welcoming and staff is friendly. Considering this is so close to an Army base, its really rather casual and not at all rowdy. The food is pretty tasty, salad bar never ending, but the alcohol is a little more expensive than other establishments (though not by a huge margin). I could definitely see myself going back once or twice. (Update: I became a regular. Love this place.)

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They held each door open for my dad who is in a wheelchair. Everything on the garden bar tasted fresh and delicious. The potato salad on the bar was the best Ive ever had. I ordered the chicken Bella as my entree and it was also tasty and cooked just right. My baked potato was hot and delicious. Our waitress Cynthia was very friendly and efficient!
