The absolute worst. They were just arriving around 8. There was something wrong with the drive through box and nobody came out to explain. They also refused to open the doors and lost about 6 or 7 customers. When I finally got food 30 minutes later I calmly explained that they were supposed to open at 6 and the least they could do is open the doors because I was now pretty late for work. She just shrugged and waved me on. Ive always had decent service here but this killed it for me. Ill go to dunk in donuts.

Been here several times. About 75% of the time I come here they botch up some part of my order, from forgetting items Ive ordered to messing up the actual food itself. On top of that the people that work here are all snobs, I can understand some attitude and mistakes but not when this place is dead and has no traffic every time Im there. Do yourself a favor if your in the mood for a burger, the Wendys in that same plaza is infinitely better and less likely to suck.

The food is the usual Burger King stuff. If you like Burger King, youll like the food. My complaint is from eating in the dining room. They have a TV in the corner and they put it on ID or one of those murder mystery channels. On this day, I had my 11 year old with me and the story on the TV was about the gruesome murder of the "Father of modern pornography". Awkward... why would that be the channel you keep on your TV Burger King!?!

Horrible service. I stood at the counter for about 8 minutes while the cashier kept talking to another girl in the back. When I said excuse me she rolled her eyes and then asked if I need help....... Nah Im just hanging out here! Seriously. This is one of the worst burger kings in the area. Running neck and neck with the other Sh***y burger king over on University. Stop remodeling the store and start "remodeling" the staff.

10 days ago went thru drive thru gave girl my debit card. She actually left window with it and disappeared... I asked her what was up and she said her machine was broke.. Didnt know they had cash registers in the back...NOT... 2 days ago my card was used at several autozones and all with 5 miles of this BURGER KING! Cant prove it.. but I know they ripped me off!!! AVOID at all cost SCAMMERS

It would be nice if I didnt have to argue every trip there. Theres always someone who will argue that they do not accept Samsung Pay, though I use it there several times a week. I had one manager argue who wouldnt even apologise when another crew member ran my phone and it worked as I said. Sonia seems to be a good manager but Dani is just horrible. I wont be going here.

Manager was texting outside the back door and looked super inconvenienced that i was in the drive through. Time for my order? Sorry were "out" of burger patties, hot dogs, and chicken patties. Guess ill take a grilled chicken, could i get some ketchup? "Yeah its in the bag, along with the receipt i didnt include so you couldnt report the transaction number"

Stood in line for at least 40mins! All the tables were dirty and the trash cans were filled up the rim. They were losing orders all over the place. A lady came up to alert them about the trash but they just ignored her. We stood there and watch them take their time with all the food. It was awful.

The girl taking orders at the drive thru needs a lot of more training . Shes very rude and couldnt get a simple order, even though I repeated it 3 times! Needles to say I wont be going back there and will tell friends and family to avoid this place!

Terrible service here, they appear to go through managers like water, each being worse than the last. Each crew appears to be a scummier version of the last. They can remodel the place all they want but if they keep staffing it with tards......

Food was okay at best. The chicken nuggets I ordered were at room temperature as soon as I got it. The employees there were focused on other things besides the customers and doing their jobs. Definitely not the best burger king I been to.

Horrible Customer Service from the caucasian female shift lead. She had a hideous attitude when I was trying to add on to my order at the drive through and asked in a snotty way if I could drive back around and order at the speaker.

Went inside to eat while waiting for my car to get serviced. It was great! The general Manager here is extremely nice and welcoming, and checked to make sure the food was great. Will definitely be returning to this clean location!

If I could rate this place a 0 star I would. Literally 9 times out of 10 my order is made completely wrong. Its so bad I have to check every piece of food ordered before I leave the drive thru to make sure they made it correctly.

They had no chicken tenders, pounds of salt on the fries, and the dining tables were nasty. The only thing that was good when we were here was a good customer service experience. Everything else needs to be evaluated.
