Well 3 strikes and your out. I have been to this place on 3 different occasions and on those occasions I have had 3 different bad experiences. The worst thing you can do to me personally is make me wait for a to go order that was placed 30 minutes prior to showing up. That is unacceptable. Food consistency is another pet peeve of mine. If you order 50 wings box A should taste like box B. precooked foods shouldnt be over cooked because essentially the staff is just heating them up. And last.....you should get everything you order! I cant stand people that dont check their work. Being in the food service industry myself, Im checked on performance, speed, accuracy, and consistency. I had really good service from this restaurant chain in other states (Ohio and Pa.) but I guess we as consumers are just complacent and are used to swiping our cards and accepting poor service/food. That is why I am at least writing this review....and finding another restaurant that really wants my business. So long BWWs. Update: hooligans in port orange is my new wing place.....forever!! Awesome food and staff.

Well we got there at 930pm for the game 6 nba finals and of course they were packed. We quickly got a table and a waitress took our drink order. Then about 30 to 45 mins went by and still nothing. In the meantime she was still waiting on the other tables in the section but never came by our table or even close to it. So had to go get the manager. He took our order and along with another waitress took care of us. Our new waitress said they were short handed and said the original waitress was supposed to be helping her and didnt do her job. Both manager and that waitress were overly hospitable and went above and beyond to make it right. Took care of the bill for us! I think I would have sent the other waitress home for the night!!!! So dinner turned into a 2 1/2 hour ordeal after driving all day to get there.

I dont normally do reviews but I felt I had to for this place. I live about a mile away and had been there once before about 6 months ago and it was horrible. Figured I would give it another chance and well, it was horrible again. Shame on me for giving them a second chance. How do you screw up wings, fries and beer ??? Med. order of jerk wings, undercooked and there jerk seasoning is terrible. Mozzarella sticks barely cooked and small portion. Dont offer pitchers of beer !!!!!!! WTF !!!!!! No plates or anything to put the bones, nothing to clean hands either. So to sum it up. 1 order of crappy cheese sticks 1 order med jerk wings, disgusting. I order fries 4 beers $48 dollars. Outrageous !!! NEVER GOING BACK. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Very poor service would love to tell you our servers name but he never told us waited over 20 mins for 20 wings and 3 simple kids meals and the kids fries came out sogy and cold was asked if I needed a drink and finally after 10 mins and asking my self and that was the last time I saw my sever tell he brought me my check 30 mins later and the best part there where maybe four full tables inside full and the bar was even pretty dead after me dropped the check we waited to see if he would come back to ask if we wanted to go drinks but he never did so after waiting some more and just left worst b-dubs exp ever

We went out to dinner on Thursday of opening NFL and expected a busy night. Our server was exceptionally weeded, we sat on the patio and realized too late there were only two servers on. With our three year old about to have a meltdown (we had been there for about 1 1/2 hours) and it took quite awhile for our check to be processed we were finally able to leave. What pushed us over the edge was when we finally walked to our car we see the Manager on duty HIDING between cars smoking, apparently his third time out there. Wont ever try them again, the food wasnt worth it!

I have to say, for the price, the food is atrocious. I ordered a steak sub with a ceasar salad. The Sub was greasy as hell like it had been cooked yesterday or the day before, and they made it spicy which even makes me more leary. The salad was lettuce and croutons with very little dressing. For the price, I could of got a better meal at McDonalds! I will NOT recommend this place to anybody. Go to the grocery store and get your own materials, at least you will get more than lettuce and croutons for your salad. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

The food was excellent but the The management and serving staff could care less about their customers and that reflected on our dining experience. My mother and I used to come here a minimum of twice a month and purchase a minimum of 40 wings each visit but I am Positive that this will be our last visit after the way we were treated. The serving staff acted like it was a chore to find a comfortable seat for my disabled mother and I and then acted like they had to go out of her way just to take your order. Never again

The service was the worst I have ever had. Went there for lunch today and the staff was rude and not taking our order. Everyone looked at us like .... Your not my table so I will w not talk to you. This is a managment problem. It is too bad becouse the wing are good and the place looks clean. NOTE to corprate, YOU ARE LOOSUNG MONEY. CLEAN UP YOUR MANAGMENT AND CHANGE OUT YOUR STAFF ! Before its too late.

The food was good. Service was horrible. We walked in and there was no one at the hostess station. NO one the whole time we waited. Place seemed very disorganized. Once seated our server was a bit clueless. Everyone around us got their food (and we were seated and ordered before they did). Server was not very apologetic. Would order for take out but not eat in.

Three strikes out rule is here! Absolutely the worst service and management and unfortunately management is less than present. All three times we have visit this restaurant we had to hunt down three different servers. ..including manager a manager... hopefully they find some leadership soon before they give a great franchise in a perfect location a bad name.

Can not believe that we can not buy beer by the picher in Daytona Beach Florida. This is rediculous you can get a picher of beer at night but not during the day even with a table of 5 adults. Hooter here we come there the customer is right. Last time at Buffalo Wild Wings in Daytona Beach Florida.

We ordered food at 9pm & never received our food. We waited over an hour & finally just paid for drinks & left. We were told our food would be up soon each time we asked. We sat at the bar & us & another couple came shortly after us & never got their food. They ended up leaving as well.
