The first experience with MunchEm went pretty well. I got it within an hour. The second experience with MunchEm was a disaster. I had placed an order at 12:09 PM and didnt receive my order until 1:43 PM. I was promised 12:52 PM for delivery. Then it got delayed. By the time I got my food it was cold. I probably wont be ordering from this company again. I dont understand why it takes so long to get from Chiptole to my house. Its only a 5 minute drive. I was told the driver was in line waiting at 1:00PM LOL but I had placed my order at 12:09.

I have ordered twice from this company and both times provided excellent service. The app accurately predicted the arrival time and both times I waited less than an hour. Also, this was the only company I found that delivers from The Cheesecake Factory

When youre hungry but tired and need to get food delivered these guys make t happen. Great service. I love that I can order any food in my area for delivery. Drivers are very friendly and helpful/accommodating!
