+Few parking Spots only. However, there is a Beachwear shop next to the restaurant and it is closed during winter. I park there when I dine at MASALA for dinner. +VERY friendly owners. Love them! They are so sweet and chat a bit to get to know you more. I think most owners dont take the time to get to know their customers but they do and I think its an awesome characteristic about them. +So far I tried chicken tikka masala, lamb korma, lamb kadai, shrimp Hydarabadi, Saag paneer, Aloo Gobi . Heres what I have to say about the dishes: -Chicken tikka masala: THE BEST out of all dishes I tried as well as compared to all the Indian restaurants Ive visited. Their chicken tikka masala is just way more flavorful than other places tikka masala. You have to try it for yourself to understand what Im talking about. -Lamb korma: This was also another great dish from them. Its kind of like tikka masala, creamy curry with slices of almond sprinkled on it. This is my 2nd favorite.(Sigh...Im drooling). -Lamb Kadai & Shrimp Hyderabadi: Authentic Mix of flavors. Curry lovers will love it.(I do) -Saag Paneer: This is a dish that looks unlovable in all its green murkiness but it has surprisingly made it onto my rotation. I dont even know what fenugreek is but Im familiar with chunks of cheese and spinach and I know what tasty tastes like and this dish is gooood. -Aloo Gobhi: Im not at a place in my food love to ever consider a dish of just vegetables to be my main course but this comes close. Its just good. +Just to clarify, you can change up the meat option to your dishes for above entrees. Masala doesnt serve beef but you can choose from: chicken, lamb, shrimp, fish, goat and veggies. +Another great thing about them is that they can make their food spicy! You can choose from level 1 to 10 but my boyfriend opted for level 7(American Hot) since he loves spicy food. Often times restaurants keep the dish not spicy since theyre afraid that customers cant handle the heat but they kept their words and made it spicy for us. Next time were ordering level 10(Indian Hot)! +Last but not least, their garlic naan is to DIE for. Homemade baked fresh with lots of garlic on it. MMM. Im Drooling Now!!! ****This is regular go to place to feed my addiction for Indian food and this place satisfies 100% of the time. Ive never had a bad meal or a bad service moment here once and Ive been to this restaurant enough times to have run into something to complain about... but theres nothing. Indian food cravings? Go to Masala and satisfy your cravings!

Four of us came to this Indian restaurant after learning about their lunch buffet. The interior was large, spacious, airy, and neatly organized. The buffet area was tucked against a well-lit corner, and the ambiance was quiet and calm. There were only a few customers at the restaurant during that time, but the buffet items were still fully stocked and aesthetically pleasing. I particularly enjoyed the Cabbage and Potato, Tadoori Chicken, Goat Curry, Chicken Tikka Masala, Vegetarian Biryani, Saag, Daal and Navaratan Korma. The curry and vegetarian consistencies were thick, creamy, complex, and highly addictive. I really enjoyed their Saag, Cabbage and Potato, and Daal, and returned several times for them. Spicy hot! Among the meat items, the Goat Curry was particularly impressive, as the goat was tender, meaty, flavorful, and the curry striking. Additionally, the Chicken items were also moist and accentuated by a solid hint of smoke in every bite. Both rice options were pretty awesome too. Altogether, the food had a complicated flare of spices that were not too greasy or salty, so nothing was compromised or deviated from my expectations. Service was fully attentive, kind, and responsive. Our servings of delicious naan were replenished several times, and the water never reached the bottom of our glass. Overall, the buffet had a good balance of vegetarian and meat choices to choose from, and the quality was underscored by freshness, hot temperature, authentic flavors, and refinement. Most of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the spicy fare, a rare find amongst Indian buffets. My favorite Indian buffet till date, hands down. Unfortunately, I might not visit them sooner as I live 3hrs away.

We went to the restaurant at 1.55 pm on 09/06/2015. We waited in line until 2.11 pm. Restaurant closes at 2.30 pm essentially meaning they should take customers in until 2.30 pm and no more. That was not the case, there were 10 people in line and the lady manager asked everybody to leave at 2.11 pm starting she cant seat anybody else and that she put up the close sign board which nobody really saw as it was a blatant lie, and it doesnt even matter if she out a close sign or not as the restaurant is open until 2.30. They might have good food or whatever, I dont give a damn about it if I cant eat after waiting for almost 20 mins. "sorry, we cant seat you, please can you leave" is the filthy words used by the lady manager. The situation could have been handled better as I myself worked in an Indian restaurant as a student and never disrespected or asked the customer to leave no matter what. The 10 people who left, left cursing the restaurant having waited for 30 mins already! I am an Indian and I do not appreciate such rude behavior. My suggestion is to skip the restaurant of you actually want to eat good rather than staring at people eating food!

As people have mentioned before, the service is poor. The female owner is rude, "stuck up", and overall, she is very unprofessional towards the customers. This was such a dissapointing experience. I went to this place for my birthday, and all I can say is, I will never go back to this place. Not to mention, I was also dissapointed in the quality of the food. But mainly, I was dissapointed in the female owners attitude. An owner should never have an attitude with the customer, especially if the customer was not, and especially when it is the customers birthday. Again, such a disappointment, and I will never be going back to this place. Good luck to this business, and good luck to her husband.

I have eaten at Indian restaurants all over the world including India. This was the best. I am very allergic to MSG and always have to ask. I called and a very polite lady answered . She not only knew what it was, but also explained that they do not use it except in 2 Chinese/Indian dishes. The other place I had called had no idea from his answers and was difficult to understand. From the time we called and entered this place, everyone was warm and accommodating. The food was wonderful at the lunch buffet. The salad was simple. I will be returning to this establishment when I am in the area and would highly recommend to everyone .

06.11.2017 Still the same good and authentic taste. Tied Shahi Paneer today with Paratha at medium level of spice. Taste was good but it was on mild side. Try to go for hot level of spice if you want a true taste. 07.2016 Very nice food. I have not tried the other Indian Restaurant here because the food was so good I cant stop myself going there 2nd time. Try there Bharta and paratha. You will love it. Nice deco, fast service, good test. Not the Best one but a good option.

We found this restaurant online when we were travelled to myrtle beach. All day we were eating some crappy junk food and were craving for Indian food in the evening. Saw this restaurant in my android phone and ordered to-go Palak Paneer, Malai Kofta, Nans. Food was excellent !!!!!! Food was liked by all of us and the rice which came with entree was well cooked unlike other Indian restaurant. If i ever travel to myrtle beach again, would certainly try this restaurant again !
