Normally this place is very good in customer service but this evening was appalling. My friend and I got to Moon Cricket around 6:30pm and there were people; however, we initially sat at the high top table near the bar and waited for nearly 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. I noticed that two parties who came in and sat after us were served before us in the time we waited to even get a drink order in and menus (which we waited another 5 minutes). There was a young waitress who clearly saw us sit down and kept looking at us but chose to ignore us repeatedly even after we tried to wave her down. While we were eating-no more than 5 minutes after receiving our food-the man who cleans the tables came to our table and started cleaning it as we were eating and had the attitude that we were inconveniencing him by not hurrying up to leave. I am not sure exactly what was up tonight but the customer service was very dismissive and we are regulars to this restaurant. I am not one to jump to conclusions but I felt I was an unwelcomed customer by the staff tonight maybe because of my ethnic background (I am Korean and everyone in the restaurant at the time was Caucasian). I honestly do not think this was the case but it sure felt like it. This type of dismissive service cannot be tolerated by management and my friends and I will be thinking twice before coming back to Moon Cricket based on this experience.

Moon Cricket Grille is the best!!! I love this place so much! I am a member of the 99 beer club ( they have 99 beers and once you are able to drink all 99 beers on your card you get your name on the wall...pretty sweet!). My wife and a few of our friends go there every week sometimes multiple times in a week. The food is great the service is also very good all the servers are very nice and make sure you are taken care of. I usually get a burger of some sort, but everything is really good! It is a cool historic place that is very unique, and there is usually live music playing. Great place to eat/drink, casual environment, and good for families to come to as well.

I recently moved to Winter Garden and I found this place while looking for some new hangouts. The place has a really cool vibe and a great beer selection but the food is awful. I have given this place a second and third chance because I really want to like it, but I dont just drink! Ive had two different waitresses over my three visits and I couldnt be happier with the service that they provided, but I feel bad that they have to serve such crap for food. I ordered something different each time that I have been there and all of it was terrible. If the management (if they have any) would solve the food issue the place could be a big hit!

I love this restaurant and have been coming here regularly for over 5 years. Ive never had a bad selection from the menu (and Ive tried most of it), and the beer selection is amazing. They have 99 different bottles of beer on the wall, and if you try all 99 in their program you can get a little plaque on the wall with your name and everything. It can be loud at night when they have live music, but the theme and history laced in is awesome. Great place to take friends to have a beer with some awesome food, or to stop in for lunch after a bike ride/run/rollerblade on the West Orange Trail.

Moon Cricket Grill is one of the best hidden gems in Winter Garden. The selection isnt grand, but the quality is very good. What they do boost, is a very wide variety of beers from all over the world. Their selection rivals that of "World of Beer". The two times that Ive been here, they service has been impeccable. And the wait time for the food is fairly good, even on a busy weekend. They do have indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar area with multiple televisions. Highly recommend this place for casual dining, sport watching, and after work happy hour times.

Food is always very good! I only give it 2 stars because of the extremely slow service that seams to be the norm and lack of concern by the servers/bartenders for guests needs. The service used to be great but over the last few years it has been progressively worse. Not to be biased, but it seems the younger/newer servers are a lot more tentative and timeley. We used to go often for lunch during the week, but due to the time it takes to get in and out it isnt an option anymore while on the clock, unfortunately

Food isnt horrible nor anything to brag about, we got stuck with the owner serving us, which, you would expect to at least pretend she cared. The house Cab wasnt drinkable. Burger was overcooked but edible. Fries were good. The cuban was pretty good. Our politeness was returned with attitude which ruined our experience here. When she brought my credit card back she literally threw it down on the bar in front of me. I probably would have came back here for the beer at least if she wasnt so thoughtless and rude.

This place is awesome. Their prices are great as is service. The decor is kitschy and kinda old, but dont let that deter you. The food is outstanding, period. Ive had sandwiches, main courses and side dishes and have been very pleased every time. My favorite is their buffalo chicken sandwich. Yeah yeah, everyone else has one on their menu. Im telling you, you have to try theirs. Once you do, youll understand. A place that has a sandwich everyone else has and make it exceptional - Ill be coming back. Soon too!

Wow. The service was beyond awful, and not one of our four orders came out correctly the first time. My friend asked our waitress to please move a stinking ashtray on the next table and her reply was: "but then Ill have to just go get it when the next table comes." She did not even empty it! The menu seemed full of tasty options- and the food was decent to good. Id still say to try it out if service isnt your #1 priority, but read what comes on your dish carefully cause the cook wont.

This is a popular hangout for local regulars. The beer selection (all bottled) is huge and well curated. Menu is diverse and everything Ive had was good. I like taking friends from out of town here, because they can always find something they like. The staff are very friendly and remember you when you return. Family friendly, but also has bar seating. As of this writing, Tues. and Thurs. are 2-for-1. Live music on most weekend evenings.

I started coming here for the BOGO on Thursdays but the service has really tainted my desire to come back. I love they have a 99 beer selection but its like pulling teeth to get someone to not only serve you but WANT to serve you. It was almost like you were ruining their day for being there. Unfortunately, not a lot more bar options to choose from, but the wine bar next door looks interesting. Will be trying that next.
