I thought I was in Italy We were there for a Trade Show at the Hyatt Regency and we were running late and someone suggested Fiorenzo. It is tucked away in one of the corners of this massive property and the bar area does not really stand out but once you get to your seats it is great. We had 6 or so appetizers, Calamari, Carpaccio, I forgot the rest but they were FANTASTIC. I had Veal Osso Bucco, let me tell you it was the best that I have ever had anywhere in the Americas, so tender and tasty it truly was splendid. It to top it off I had Tiramisu in a dark chocolate coffee cup, it was great. All in all if you ever there run don’t walk to Fiorenzo’s. 5 STARS all the way.

1. Complimentary Valet (huge plus for fine dining in busy orlando traffic with no stress) 2. AMAZING STAFF (from the phone call to the desert delivery)!!! 3. Food: BEST STEAK YOU WILL EAT IN FLORIDA!!! Bone in Ribeye exceeds 5 stars 4. I am sitting here writing this as other guests are FREAKING OUT about how good the food tastes. 5. If you HATE salads, try the Caprese or the Field Greens... If you still hate salads then there is NO HOPE for you ;) Bottom line, the only reason I wouldnt recommend is selfish so I dont have a longer line! Accommodating, Amazing and A New Standard for excellence. Why would you go anywhere else?

Most friendly, polite, attentive, and classy staff Ive ever experienced. Food was also the best Ive ever experienced. I inquired about gluten free pizza, and server said she would check to make sure they had it. She came back and said they didnt have any in the restaurant at the moment, but was checking with other restaurants within the hotel to see if they had any. She was able to acquire some! Ive never had that much effort to accommodate my needs before. Also, hands down the best gluten free pizza Ive ever had. It was cooked absolutely perfectly. Servers name is Zena, I will be requesting her next time.

We went to the Fiorenzo Italian Steakhouse in the Hyatt Regency Orlando this past Wednesday night for dinner. It is a true hidden gem. They far exceeded our expectations. The bone-in ribeye was fantastic (there were no leftovers - we both devoured each one down to the bare bone). The tiramisu was fantastic as well (I dont think it was traditional but it was off the chain excellent). The service was tops as well, our waiters named was Gergeis. This not some hotel restaurant it could stand on its own anywhere.

I arrived minutes before the close time and the ladies at the front desk where at bit bussye talking between them and aparantely in a hurry to leave at 10pm, so one of them decided to tell us that unfortunately they close at 10. Really? How I see it until you are close you should accept new customers and once closed at 10pm loses the doors, but you dont tell the people inside that they have to leave at 10 because the restaurant closes at that time? Neither should reject new customers before closing time.

Took my fiance to this place for dinner on her birthday. Absolutely loved the experience!! Service was excellent, food was great... Loved the rib eye, would definitely recommend to steak lovers :) Waiter helped her to choose what she felt like having that night. We were treated as VIPs!! A delicious cake was brought as a surprise and we were given 2 glasses of champagne as well, would definitely visit again. The only downside is the costly food menu. Rib eye cost me $60!!

Service was impeccable. It was our anniversary and they couldnt have been better. The waiter always seemed to know when he was needed and he didnt interrupt conversations. He was also funny and had some nice reccomendations. The food was great. My dish was the beef short ribs bolognese and it looked small at first but the portion was perfect and delicious.

Despite reserving a table and the place being empty, we were given a less than desirable table. The Asparagus Cauliflower soup was good, but the Filet Mignon was undercooked -n not the experience expected for such a pricy establishment. Service was okay otherwise.

Fantastic Restaurant! The service very good. Filet mignon with scallops a dream and as it should be. Taste the Pannacotta. The Espresso hot, dark, strong and with a taste of Mocca, delicious. If you stay in the Hyatt visit this little surprise.
