I called for the first time on april 20th. We did get our food quick, when I called they were very friendly. I began eating my chicken and chicken fried rice I found cooked ants in my food. My friends decided to order when they saw how fast we got our food, once I found the ants I called to cancel there order and was told their card would not be charged and now today they find out they did charge them. When I told them about the ants they were very rude and said I put the ants in my food. I was told I would get a discount next time I order but Im sorry I will NEVER be ordering from them again. That was the worst first impression ever.

I ordered yesterday from here, the delivery guy came on time however I was very upset to find out that i did not get the house fried rice that I had paid for, me being pregnant I had a craving for house fried rice and received just plain fried rice, this would have been ok if I didnt pay extra for house rice. I called the manager and asked him to remove the additional $2.50 charge and he agreed only to find out this morning that the chrge is still there. I dont like the way the manager promised me something but did not deliver especially since this was theyre mistake. Will not be ordering again.

I ordered the orange chicken with pork vegetable fried rice on 4/12 at around 9:20pm and had it delivered to me. The delivery man arrive in thirty minutes and I had received my food. Once I open it, it did not look nor taste like orange chicken. So I called back and ask him if I can get a refund or exchange it for something else. He told me no we do not exchange or give money back. Im really disappointed and unsatified with their customer service and food. The only positive thing I can say is that it came on time. I give Chinese delight 1 out of 5. Dont eat there. Im warning you.

Good food. GREAT Customer Service. I placed my order online and a few minutes later a young man from the restaurant called me. He wanted to verify one of the notes I placed in the order with instructions regarding the food due to my particular diet (non-pork eater). I appreciated the extra initiative for calling to clarify and the friendly service when I went to pickup the food. The food was good. I wouldnt say it was outstanding or memorable but the customer service did leave an impression on me.

SPENT 40$ ON GRABAGE ! Horrible horrible just horrible ! Even when ordering the food it was horrible service i had to ask how long will it take how much is it etc etc ! She was in such a rush to get off the phone and when we got our food it tasted like the oil was used for months and the rice was hard chicken wings were soooooo small ! We went back for either a refund OR fresh food and left with NOTHING AND OUT OF 40$! I love supporting small bussiness but this place needs to be SHUT DOWN!

The only Chinese place I eat at!! Alot of ppl confuse them with the chinese place located in Rosemont plaza by Dollar Tree. This restaurant is actually the next plaza with a laundry mat in it, and Dollar General. Theyre waaaaaay better customer service wise and food wise!!!! The only place I know that sells real chinese and the closet to New York style. Your phone number locks your address in, and your last order, they see all this when you call. I love this place!!

I think John is a moron! I have been going to this place for years they all know me by name and my family. They even know our order by heart. The staff is always friendly. I have been going there so much I even know the menu by heart. Go in the lunch time you get the best deals BTW! Also I too order the General Tsos Spicy chicken. only on a few occasions has it not been spicy but they ALWAYS fix it by replacing my whole order for free.

My boyfriend ordered food here and this was our first time and it will be our last. The rice was old and like something that was reheated several times. The General tsao dish was questionable. I am placing this review because businesses need to be aware that if you are cutting corners and selling food that is not of quality and still charging for it, you should be held ACCOUNTABLE.!

Food has a weird taste as of it is burnt or cooked in a burnt pan and is not quality Chinese food. I should have no went to purchase food from this establishment. If possible it would have zero stars. Quality Chinese food is not fast and they have fast food posted all over. I could go on and on. Just know never again!

I normally eat here once a week. The prices are little bit cheaper than other nearby Chinese food. Recently, the size of the food is bigger and it is more flavor than before. . Their wings special with fry rice everyday is cheap with less than $5. . Also try out their Singapore noodle and other house specials. Yummy

Decided to order from here since they left a flyer on my door. Ive never been disappointed in any fast food before but this place is horrible. The food has zero taste, the broccoli is cooked to mush. No napkins, not even a fortune cookie. No wonder its so cheap. By far the worst Chinese Ive ever had.

order came out to be $20.25 when it was actually $19.75 , I know thats only ¢.50 but the fried shrimp was not cleaned and the chicken fried rice was no where close to chicken fried rice. they charged me for sauce I didnt even know they put in there ! never ordering there again !!!!!

Worst place to eat. Rice was still hard and had no taste super plane fried rice. I specifically requested NO VEGETABLES when I get my food it is full of vegetables smh waste of Money this place made me want to hate eating Chinese worst food beyond disappointed

The service and food is good for a small chain. Not a big place, but again, food is good. I recommend the Egg drop. The lady who owns this is sooooo nice. Very freindly and honest. And if they mess up your order, they will fix it at thier expense :- )

I did delivery. I received my order quick & hot by a very polite, nice driver. The order was 100% correct. And the food was absolutely delicious. Other than forgetting napkins and silverware I am very pleased & will be ordering from them again.

The food was good, the fortune cookies were so stale that they were bendable. I also feel like their so called sweet tea is nothing more than lipton lemon tea in a cup.
