Im from out of town, St. Louis--and I can reasonably say this is the best take-out Ive ever had as a visitor to another city. I say that comparing this food to three other nearby Glenville joints Ive ordered from during my trip--China Mountain is the best. I ordered Bourbon Chicken, a dish I usually avoid but after having a bad experience with another joint the day before I settled on something I knew nobody could mess up. They surely didnt. More, its not just chicken sitting in sauce, its been grilled or stir fried with the sauce--so its juicy and has a great texture. You wont find that any of the Glenville joints. I bought this through UberEats, excited as literally nobody else in the city would deliver to 103rd Street. My only beef, and this is for UberEats, not China Mountain, is that I was not able to leave a tip for the delivery driver. Im not sure the relationship between the two but to the driver Agora, thank you so much. Next time in town, Ill drop off some cash at the joint. Im furious that I wasnt able to leave a tip--thats wholly on Uber.

These guys are so friendly that you cant help but give them five stars. The food is decent. Its definitely not ethnic Chinese but like most urban restaurants they serve what the neighborhood wants (fried, sugary foods) so I wasnt impressed. I ordered the rice and it was decent. The ribs had a sugary taste so those went in the trash (I dont want diabetes) the egg roll was good although I didnt eat the crust. Its a place to try and no doubt to continue eating there

The Asian woman which takes the orders is very rude. She is always arguing with customers. Very very poor customer service. Hey be nice we are giving u money as customers. The food was not good very over cooked and they use salad shrimp in the shrimp fried rice but want bif shrimp prices. Will never go bk and. Will tell everryoe I now n willing to listen to not eat there ever. You are not appreicated. At china mountain 1.

Although China Mountain I shares the a similar title to China Mountain III, it is in a completely different league. The food at China Mountain one is less than fresh, the service is quite poor, and the musty smell of moth balls leads me to believe it is less than sanitary. If you are planning on enjoying Chinese food in Cleveland, Id take the journey out to China Mountain III...youll thank me later.

This food will get you high. Food is not greasy, dumplings are properly cooked, and rice is great. Best time to go is when theyre busy -- this place operates like a factory. Ive been to every other Chinese place around the east side and for fast food takeout this is the best for the price. -- Paul

In the past everything has been good except for the Bourbon Chicken which lacked. The dish had too much sauce, the chicken was hard and too salty. The Governor Chicken didnt have enough vegetables. The fried rice was excellent. The cost is reasonable. I wouldnt order again.

Im not from Cleveland i come here very often to visit a friend, but I go to this Chinese restaurant in Akron called Juans and to me theyre the best ,but now I feel China Mountain has given them a run for their money I was very pleased and will return.

Grease taste old,no longer putting pineapple, bell peppers in sweet and sour chicken (taking ingredients out) but not lowering the price or informing you so you can have an option to purchase.....looks nothing like picture posted.
