We usually go to china wok on rock springs but since we were shopping at winn-dixie we decided to give this place a shot. Ordered our food got home and realized they gave us beef and broccoli. None of us eat beef we always order same thing at any chinese place. Spare ribs, chicken broccoli, chicken lo mein and general tso with chicken fried rice. So we take back the beef and explain that surely there was a mistake. Well the lady argued with us that we were in the wrong that we did indeed order beef. And would not correct HER mistake but just kept arguing it was mine. Basically calling us liars. Never ever again will I go to this place. So rude and unprofessional if it was my mistake I am the type to just accept that and move past but in this case I know that wasnt the case. Order from China wok with our softball team every Thursday and never had a problem. Plus the chicken and broccoli, chicken lo mein were not even good!!!

This was hands down the absolute WORST food Ive EVER had in my entire life. It was so bad that Im taking the time to warn others about it (this is the first time ive EVER left a review) . The chicken was made of rubber, it had NO flavor. The noodles tasted like literal dirt. Not "bad", the flavor WAS "dirt". I spent close $35 worth of food and the best part of the meal was the almost-unchewable krab rangoons and the white rice. I threw it ALL of it away and made TV dinners when i got home. It wasnt even worth the effort to have them "try again". Beware!!!!!

Terrible. Do not order from this place. Run and do not look back. Ordered take out. Walked into this place and the first thing that hit me was a foul stench. I should have ran. Looked around saw the entrance wibdow panes and floor dirty. Still gave it a chance. Never again. Food was nasty. Dumplings very thick. Ribs were hard. So hard was unedible. Ended up throwing $60 in food away. Mei May in Hunt Club is fresh and worth the drive. Will order from there moving forward. Just moved to the area and hope better restaurants come around.

This was our first time ordering form He Hop, and will be our last time. I ordered several items from there menu, The fist was fried wontons, these where just ok, standard won tons that you can get frozen. The next was the Genrals Zaos Chicken, sauce was great but the chicken was overcooked. The last was orange beef. I WAS EXTREMLY UPSET WITH THIS. THE BEEF WAS NOT BEEF, IT WAS FRIED BREADING. THERE WAS NO BEEF IN SOME OF THE PEICES. IT WAS TERRIABLE! I would not recommend this place at all!

He hop makes quick and consistent food. And placing an order over the phone is quick and concise, they ask you what you want, and inform you that you can pick it up in 15 minutes.
