My husband and I visited the University Hts location today. From the moment we walked in, there was a very negative air. The young lady who took our order did not speak, she barely looked up at us while we placed our order. Im big on customer service and already the service was very poor. We were very hungry, so I was willing to overlook the bad service, but then I ordered steamed veggies as my side. I was told the steamed vegetables were made to order, so as I watched her go get the cutting board, and proceed to chop up the veggies, and grab other veggies from another bowel, not once did I see her wash her hands and she never put gloves on. At this point I was fed up. I can at times overlook service, especially at a fast food establishment...unfortunately its often expected. But as far as touching food with no gloves or anything. I have an issue with that. There are too many viruses going around nowadays. I would hope everyone would be clean and health conscious but its better safe than sorry. Obviously there needs to be a change in Management or the staff. I will not be visiting this establishment any time soon.

Tried this place for a second time. Figured they were working out the kinks since this is a newer establishment . This time I waited 15 mins for my food, when it was finally done the cashier handed me my food and then proceeded to ring two other people out before I was able to tell her I hadnt paid!!! As I hand her my card she then asks to see my Id... newsflash if i had a stolen card I wouldve walked out when you gave me my food for free!! And why wasnt everyone asked for Id??? I had to go back to my car for my ID and this woman held up the entire line, which was to the door at this point waiting for me to come back. What the actual hell?? Whatever at least I got my food right? Wrong! After all that, the food was absolutely tasteless and boring, for the SECOND time. The breading on the orange chicken was soggy. The fried rice was oily and overcooked. I do not see what the hype is about this place. The only ppl who will enjoy this have never had quality Chinese food. Save yourself the $$ and go somewhere else. There are so many better places in the area to get GOOD, fast Chinese food.

Decided to venture in today, interested to check it out for the first time since it opened. People were at the front of the line causing a big scene about their food. I held out hoping the food would be worth it. Finally made it up, service was very slow and unorganized, and the lady seemed completely uninterested in serving me. I asked for chow mein and beef broccoli in which she replies theyre out of beef broccoli for the day (this is a core menu item, how can it be out) so I order orange chicken and give the walnut shrimp a try (it costs extra). She tells me to come down to the end to check out and there is mass confusion at the register. Again. Completely chaotic. I get home and the chow me in is dry and flavorless and the walnut shrimp is mushy not worth the extra charge. Very disappointed with my whole experience. Wont go back.

Dont believe the negative reviews. If youve had Panda Express before this is exactly the same any any other location Ive been to throughout the country. If youve never been to one before: Its a chain restaurant that does very Americanized Chinese food. Its not going to be the same thing youd get from the local delivery place. But the menu at Panda Express is unique. Ive been to many Chinese food places including national chains, and none of them have come close to what my favorites at Panda Express are. The dining areas was clean and well kept and the staff was friendly and efficient. They also do samples so you can see if you like something before committing to it.

I visited when this location first opened and I have been back a few times after; the employees and their speed have definitely improved. You have great cooks who are beginning to work better under pressure (like with a line through the door!). Also, DJ is an exceptional and well-mannered worker and individual. If he is what Panda Express represents, then Ill definitely be back much more often. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen! Ps: Wheres that drive thru?

Love working at Panda the best environment ever!! Yes we are still working on this establishment just like every other one, no place of business is perfect some days are flawed but we are truly a great team and are open for any criticism and take all into consideration!!! How insulting to take $22 from a person and give these miniature sized boxes half full. Take your chain Chinese food back. We could have built something good for the neighborhood not these thieves. No corporate number and the site only lets you use 400 characters to complain. Returned my food. What a rip off Way too many better places right down the strip and street. Good luck.

Two thumbs up for the food! I hadnt had Panda Express in years and the food was great! The line couldve moved at a faster pace, though, and one of your employees, Brooklyn, seemed to have an attitude and was very rude. I suggest taking her off the line and adding someone more lively and kind. All in all, great place to be and the dining room was nice and clean!

Grease for daysssssssssssss.. I took one bite of my chicken and my lips were covered with grease. It literally felt like I was wearing lip gloss the whole time I was eating. I would give one star but Ive had Panda Express plenty of times out west and dont recall it being so greasy. Word of advice: Calm down with the cooking oil.

My first time there and I was trapped in the drive thru for 20 minutes and they were out of everything in the menu. The girl working the window was friendly but that only goes so far when the service is slow and horribly inconvenient. Food wasnt worth the hassle. Just go to any of the other 100 restaurants in the plaza.

Very poor customer service. Waited ten minutes to give order and then after I asked to speak to the manager I was told by the manager that I didnt wait 10 minutes. This Location is no where near the service you would recieve at a Panda on the West Coast. Truly disappointed and will not patronize this location again.

This was my 3rd time and last time. Employees do not even know the menu. I asked for an a la carte option and the were confused on what I wanted. Wayyyyy to much sauce on entrees and slow service. Employees always next door smoking instead of taking care of customers. I wonder what the owners would say??

Our expectations were very low, and they somehow managed to underwhelm us. Throwing out half of our meal made us feel as if we were accomplishing some moral good for society. As our former president once said, "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, well, you wont fool me twice."
