Very bad. First there was not a good selection of food on the buffet. and the Lobster had a griddy sand taste. Some of my crab legs were very salty and soggy. Customers were going back and forth for crab legs. I feel fresh legs needed to be available for everyone. Each plate was $45.99 not including drinks and taxes. Third the waitress Barb knocked over a cup of water at our table and while cleaning up her mess she picked up my car keys. We asked her if she would trace her tracks and check for the keys. She explained the trash had a magnet that catch all metal (for ex. silverware) when they throw away trash and she didnt see any keys. We asked her where was the trash she threw away from our table. She stated in the dumpster. Then we asked if someone could check the dumpster for us. She told us No and we was welcome to go back there to look. She left our table and came back with clear latex gloves for everyone at the table. We ask for the manager. The manager told us he didnt have nothing to do with keys being thrown away and he agreed the trash magnets would have caught the keys. We asked him if he can get someone to look for us. He told us No we could go in the back to the dumpster and look. We couldnt believe this was happening to us on our vacation. My sister went in the back first and jumped in the dumpster to start searching for the car key. My kids started vomiting and I also could not stomach the fishy smell. My sister got cut on the side of her hand while searching through the trash. I went back into the restaurant and ask for the manager. The same manager from earlier called a different manager to the front name Dale. I told to him what happened. After a long wait he finally got some of his worker to jump in the dumpster and go through the trash to search for my car keys. After hours of our family with children waiting outside in the heat they found the keys in the dumpster. The staff did not apologize and made no effort to accommodate our family in any way possible. We were told it was a typical accident for their waitress Barb to throw away our car keys. How we were treated was not a accident. They really dont care about their customers. My family was visiting from out of town. The managers and staff are mean and rude. If it wasnt for me going back into the restaurant and explaining our situation to the manager and them telling us to look through the trash was unacceptable. If we would have waited any longer or listen to our waitress Barb the keys would have never been found. This was a very bad experience I dont recommend this place to anyone and we will never GO BACK.

I must say after reading reviews here I really think people are crazy. THIS IS NOT A GOURMET RESTAURANT PEOPLE!! It is all you can eat lobster/seafood for $40. While I cant stand seafood, the wife is an expert, and she thoroughly enjoyed herself. Based on her report, the lobsters were good- not over cooked like others have said. They were hot and freshly cooked, and the staff was replacing trays of them continously. The other seafood was good as well, but the main reason to go here is for the lobster- wouldnt you assume they may be sitting around longer than the lobsters? And as for me as a meat eater, well the prime rib they had to offer was a nice cut, but wasnt the best as it basically sat there with nobody touching it drying out. I think I was the only one in the place eating it. But thats what I expected at a lobster buffet. Is called taking one for the team. They do have petite sirloin steaks you can order whenever and as many as you want, and those were very good. Side dishes also were included available by request like baked potatoes and french fries and were hot and very good. Kids meals were typical and my daughter got mac and cheese, which was obviously precooked out of the fridge, as the plate arrived cold. They promptly replaced it with a warm one. I believe the waitress took it from the kitchen before they had a chance to nuke it as it came to the table in record time. No biggie. And the waitress was probably one of the nicest waitresses Ive ever seen. Very attentive. Got us anything we wanted with a smile. And people say the place was dirty??? We didnt see any dirt anywhere. I would assume there may be some at the buffet, but we watched repeatedly the buffet staff wipe up any drips/mess by customers almost immediately. The place was half full on a tuesday night- maybe 75-100 people which was much more that the Lighthouse Lobster place (which had a slightly better rating)- we drove by there and there was ONE PERSON eating there. Thats never good. Only "suprise" was the $6.50 for the cherry slush my daughter ordered which was on the bill as a virgin drink, as another reviewer mentioned. But it did come in a souvenir cup which my daughter liked so it didnt bother us- just would have like to have known the price before. Being in disney and other parks, its nothing worse than what they do there. So in summary if you are are one of those who are expecting a 5 star lobster, why the hell would you go here? Go to Capital Grille or another fancy place. If you want all you can eat lobster that is pretty good, and at $40, then this is the place to go.

Not at all what I expected! My husband and I were visiting the Orlando area for our anniversary and wanted to get some seafood. We had tried Fish Bones on International Dr and it was great! The fish was FRESH (if you are a true seafood eater you know the difference between fresh and what was just simply "cooked"). A few days later we had a craving for some seafood but not necessarily the whole fancy dinner again. So we decided to try the Boston Lobster Feast. Its $41 per person, all you can eat, the price did scare us at first mainly because the buffet closely resembles a china Buffet. There was quite a few people in there so we thought hey why not, well give it a try. They had only 62 items to choose from, seems like a lot to a person who is not well acquainted with buffets, but just so you are aware Golden Corral has over 100 items to choose from. Which is not that great of a buffet but it serves its purpose. The lobster, was NOT good. Chewy and rubbery consistency, no moisture no flavor. The seafood was dried up and stale like, even the dinner rolls...DINNER ROLLS, were cold and hard to pull apart. The smoked salmon was ice cold and tasted like a cigarette smoker had just blew into my mouth. For people who truly enjoy eating seafood and knows the difference between GOOD seafood and just your average seafood, I would NOT recommend going here at all. Not worth the money. If anything I recommend going to Fish Bones, they serve an excellent starter salad and homemade seasoned bread, smooth wine, great seafood, and excellent steak (which they even put on display for you) if youre not a seafood person. The only "good" thing I can say about Boston Lobster Feast was that our waitress was very nice and was very knowledgeable when it came to lobster. She even demonstrated how to dissect an entire lobster to get to the meat. Pretty impressive, but I would hope to expect that kind of service considering the price of the dinner. Sorry Boston Lobster but that was not a feast.
